    Greetings!

    I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to inform you that I, Ariel II. B.
    Gabisan, a student of Northern Mindanao Colleges, Inc have been honored with an invitation to attend
    the 51st International Model United Nations (IMUN) conference in Jakarta, Indonesia. The conference is
    scheduled to take place from July 9th to 12th, 2024 . As a dedicated student actively involved in youth
    affairs, this opportunity holds immense value for my personal and academic growth as well as active
    participation in global affairs of youth in our country.
    The IMUN conference is a prestigious event that brings together young minds and diplomats from
    around the world to discuss and address global issues. It provides a unique platform for students like
    myself to enhance our understanding of international relations, diplomacy, and critical problem-
    solving skills.
    I am reaching out to your esteemed office to seek financial support for the procurement of a round-
    trip plane ticket, which is an essential requirement for my participation in this event. The cost of the
    airfare is estimated to be ₱11,241 including the flight from Butuan to Manila and vice-versa. I would
    like to highlight that the local transportation within Jakarta and my accommodation and meals during
    the conference will be covered by the organization.
    I am pleased to share that I have earned recognition for my commitment and efforts in various areas. I
    hold credentials from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), the US
    Embassy, and a Certificate of Excellence awarded to me by the Ambassador of Argentina to the
    Philippines. These certificates attest to my dedication to environmental conservation, international
    relations, and excellence in my pursuits.
    I am aware of the responsibilities and challenges faced by our beloved City of Cabadbaran, and I am
    committed to contributing positively to our community upon my return. Your support in this endeavor
    will not only assist me in representing our City at an international forum but will also contribute to the
