 Final target & salary will be applicable at the time of joining

 Above mentioned CTC is depend upon Achievements of Monthly Revenue Target of your valid only from
Home Loan & Loan Against Property Business Monthly disbursement based.
 If Company will starting other Product/ Business in your location the Monthly Revenue Target will applicable
on all other products.

Employment Relationship: - This offer letter is an invitation to associate with the company. For the first 12
months from the date of Joining you will be under probation period. Company evaluates your quarterly
performance and if your performance is up 100% as per company norms then we will be increasing yours
CTC or reducing yours CTC, At the end of time of 12 months, based on your performance, commitment,
loyalty and value addition to the company you may be inducted into full time roll of Business Development
Associate’s IN AAS ADVISERS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Work Responsibility: - 1. Business Development Associate’s Will Responsible to Complete His/her Achieving
Monthly Revenue Generation Target, Every Month's Otherwise company is Not Responsible to Pay Full
Salary/Reimbursement to Any One.
2. If Candidate Target 100% Not Achieved Then Company Pay salary/Reimbursement to Everyone as per his/her
Team Monthly Target Achievement % Basis.
3. If you’re Achieving monthly 10% of the Disbursement Target Givens by Company Then Company will pay 10% of
Salary/reimbursement to you 10%.
4. Local Conveyance, Mobile Expense, Allowances and any other Expenses not applicable below than 80% of yours
Team Monthly Target Achievements.
