SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Only for one person at the same time. This scooter is not a toy. Kids, elder people or pregnant
women can not use this product.
2. Wear helm and other personal protective equipment.
3. Do not ride on dangerous or unsuitable roads.
4. Before first ride, try controls in the open space. Ask experienced person for help.
5. Hazard ride or riding with one hand only is prohibited.
6. During ride stand with both feet on footboard.
7. Do not ride over obstacles that are over 3 cm tall.
8. During riding over uneven ground be extra safe and slow down.
9. Before ride setup the right height of the handlebars.
10. Do nor ride over water, oil or ice.
11. Do not use when the temperature is below – 5 °C.
12. Do not ride in water that is deeper than 5 cm. Water can damage motor or battery.
13. Do not ride during bad weather condition such as strong wind, rain, storm. During dusk, night
or reduced vision be extra careful.
14. If you are not using the scooter for longer periods of time, charge the battery to 60%.
15. Not suitable for public roads.
16. Always make sure that you do not violate local regulations or laws before using the product.
Use of e-scooter is not allowed everywhere. If you are not sure, contact local authorities.
17. Make sure all parts are tightened properly if not tighten them or contact service.
18. Do not make unauthorized modifications or unauthorized maintenance it can reduce safety of
the equipment.
19. Incorrect use may result in serious (fatal) injury or damage.
20. Regularly check the wear of the product. Replace worn parts immediately.
21. Do not use the damaged product. Do not use, if you find sharp edges.
22. Maintenance and use of the product can be use only according to the manuals. Do not
disassemble the device yourself.
23. Check the battery status before each use. If it is insufficiently charged, do not start riding.
24. Not for commercial use.
25. Keep your attention during riding. Never ride the scooter when drinking alcohol or under the
influence of drugs. Do not transport anything on the device.
26. Keep your speed in check. Keep a good visibility. Do not exceed speed limits or weight limits
to avoids any injury.
27. When riding on uneven surface, keep your feet relaxed and knees slightly bent.
28. In the event of an accident, do not leave the place and wait for expert assistance.
29. Keep a distance when driving in a group to avoid collision.
30. Keep in mind that your current height on device is higher than without it. Try to keep the
balance and avoid too tight spots.
31. Other activities (talking, listening to music) can significantly reduce your attention to riding. Do
not distract yourself.
32. Regularly check tire condition. Replace wear tires immediately.

FOLDING AND UNFOLDING

1. Partial stiffness in the construction of the folding mechanism is not considered a defect.
2. Due to the design of the shock absorber, the shock absorber has partial stiffness both left / right
and forward / backward - this is not considered a defect.
3. When dismantling / lowering handlebars, it is advisable to swing handlebars upwards, press
safeguards then release.
4. When folding the scooter, it is advisable to push the handlebar forward, the folding lock (lever) is
then loose more easily.

FUNCTIONS
1. After turning on the scooter you will see: battery level, current speed in KM/h, speed mode: 1/SLO
– slow, 2/MID – middle, 3/FAS – fast, can be set up by M/MODE button, total distance travelled in
KM (ODO).
2. When pressing the ON/OFF button you will see information in this order: total distance travelled
(ODO), current distance travelled (TRIP), operating voltage (U), A (without function), error
(ERRO), turn on time (TM).
Errors (ERRO):

If the ERROR 4 appear when pressing the break lever, but disappear after releasing the breaking
lever, it is not an error.

LIGHTS TURNING ON/OFF
Model A1/F3: press and hold the MODE button for 3-5 seconds – front and rear light will turn on/off
Model X1/X5S: press the res button near break lever
Rear light in models X1/X5S – there are 2x LED breaking lights + 2x LED rear lights

CRUISE CONTROL
After keeping the speed at the same level for 2-5 seconds the cruise control will turn on. The cruise
control will keep the speed without the need to hold accelerator. You can turn off the cruise control by
pressing the break lever or accelerator.

USB PORT
On the back of the display (model X1/X5S) is USB port. You can charge your phone or tablet when the
scooter is on.

BEFORE FIRST RIDE


BRAKES
Brakes are adjusted from production. You can adjust the setting.
1) The braking intensity is adjusted by the lock bolt on the brake lever or the brake mechanism. By
losing the lock nut and unscrewing the locking screw, the braking rate will be higher and vice
versa by screwing the screw. Then tighten the safety nut.
2) Adjusting the position of breaking plates (model X1/X5S). Can be adjusted by screws on breaking
mechanism – slightly loose the screws and center the plates so that the breaking disc is between
plates and tighten the screws.

FRONT LIGHT (X1/X5S)


Front light is not adjusted from production. Adjust it to right position and tighten the screw.

BREAKING LEVER AND HANDLEBARS


Adjust the position of the breaking lever so it can be used with ease. Tighten the adjusting screws.
Setup both handlebars so that they are comfortable to hold. Tighten the adjusting screws.

STIFFNESS OF FOLDING MECHANISM
The handlebars may have partial stiffness in the folding mechanism. If it is
the stiffness is too big, then it can be adjusted by the screws located in
joints of the mechanism (when the handlebar is folded, the bolts are
visible). Unscrew the screw to reduce stiffness and vice versa. If the bolt
unscrewed too far, the handlebar cannot be folded - in this case you need
to screw the screw.

TIRE PRESSURE
The optimal tire pressure is 36 p.s.i. / 2.5 bar.

BATTERY RECHARGING
Before first ride, recharge the battery to 100% - LED on charger is green.

DISPLAY AND REMOVING THE PROTECTION FOIL


Loosen the screws on the display sleeve and rotate the display so that it is clearly visible and the
accelerator lever well-operable - tighten the fixing screws. You can also remove the cover sheet from
the display and from the front headlight or turn the light / horn switch button to the vertical position and
tighten. (X1 / X5S)

RIDING INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE USE
1. Choose open space
2. Unfold the scooter
3. Setup the height of the handlebars

RIDING
1. Press and hold ON/OFF, the speed is at the lowest.
2. The scooter has a Safe start function. Put one foot on the footboard, push yourself with the
other foot and then start to press the accelerator.
3. You can adjust the speed level – models X1/X5S buttons + and -, models A1/F3 button mode.
With lever you can control the speed.
4. By pressing the breaking lever, you slow down and stop.

SLOWING DOWN
1. Hold the brake lever to interrupt the engine power and stop. Before you stop completely, put
one foot on the ground.
2. Avoid brake violently, otherwise there is a risk of skidding, excessive tire wear or unstable
riding.
WARNING: It is not recommended to use the scooter in rain or on the ice. If it is necessary to use the
scooter, do not ride with higher speed then 10 KM/h and breaking violently, there is a risk of skid.

BATTERY AND CHARGER
Every scooter comes with battery and charger. Each scooter and they parts have a serial number.
Never charge the battery with different charger. There is a risk of danger and damaging the
battery.

LITHIUM BATTERY
Before first use charge the battery to 100%.
Always check the battery level before the ride.
Charge the battery to 60% if you are not using the scooter.
Battery has undercharging protection. Undercharging can be caused by long storing periods without
charging or riding the scooter after the battery is almost discharged. Never ride the scooter when it
is turned off because of low level of batter. You can damage the battery.
If the battery is not responding after connecting to charger contact your supplier. Battery can be
damaged by exposing to water, impact etc. Warranty does not cover these.

CHARGER
Intelligent charger will turn off when the battery is charged to 100% - it has overcharge protection. For
safety reason it is not recommend leaving the scooter on the charger. Charger can be damaged by
exposing to water, impact etc. Warranty does not cover these.
How to charge:
1. Remove the cover of charging port and connect the charger.
2. Connect the charger to socket (220 V).
3. The battery charging when the LED indicator on the charger is red. After the LED turn green,
the battery is charged.
4. After charging the battery, remove the charger from socket.
5. Charge in dry and well-ventilated room.

MAINTENANCE
Lubrication: We recommend lubricating with grease or other lubricant of the folding mechanism of the
handlebar every 3 months.
Tire: If the tire is damaged or worn, replace it with a new one. The spare tire is available at your
supplier. Also check the screws each month to ensure that they are tighten properly.
Brake: Brakes gradually wear out. The brakes can be tightened after a certain wear or, must be
replaced
Brake pads: contact your dealer.
Battery: The battery has a min. 500 charging cycles; when properly used, it often lasts up to 600
cycles and more.
We recommend replacing the battery with a new one when you fully charge the battery and travel only
half of the usual distance.
Screws: Before each ride check all screws. Tighten them if needed.
Storing and day care: Do not expose the scooter to sun, frost or very humid environment. Clean the
Scooter after use.

MALFUNCTIONS
Check following:
1. The scooter is turned on

3. Check the ERRO message with numbers. (When pressing the breaking lever, you can see
ERRO 4, when releasing the breaking lever, the message should disappear, this is not a
malfunction.)
If you check all possibilities and the scooter is not working, contact your supplier.

Speed and distance traveled depends on terrain, style of ride, weather condition, battery use, weight
of the user etc.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

After the product lifespan expired or if the possible repairing is uneconomic, dispose it according to the
local laws and environmentally friendly in the nearest scrapyard.
By proper disposal you will protect the environment and natural sources. Moreover, you can help
protect human health. If you are not sure in correct disposing, ask local authorities to avoid law
violation or sanctions.
Don’t put the batteries among house waste but hand them in to the recycling place.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY, WARRANTY CLAIMS


General Conditions of Warranty and Definition of Terms
All Warranty Conditions stated hereunder determine Warranty Coverage and Warranty Claim
Procedure. Conditions of Warranty and Warranty Claims are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil
Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection, as amended, also in cases that are not
specified by these Warranty rules.
The seller is SEVEN SPORT s.r.o. with its registered office in Borivojova Street 35/878, Prague
13000, Company Registration Number: 26847264, registered in the Trade Register at Regional Court
in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 116888.
According to valid legal regulations it depends whether the Buyer is the End Customer or not.
“The Buyer who is the End Customer” or simply the “End Customer” is the legal entity that does not
conclude and execute the Contract in order to run or promote his own trade or business activities.
“The Buyer who is not the End Customer” is a Businessman that buys Goods or uses services for the
purpose of using the Goods or services for his own business activities. The Buyer conforms to the
General Purchase Agreement and business conditions.
These Conditions of Warranty and Warranty Claims are an integral part of every Purchase Agreement
made between the Seller and the Buyer. All Warranty Conditions are valid and binding, unless
otherwise specified in the Purchase Agreement, in the Amendment to this Contract or in another
written agreement.
Warranty Conditions
Warranty Period
The Seller provides the Buyer a 24 months Warranty for Goods Quality, unless otherwise specified in
the Certificate of Warranty, Invoice, Bill of Delivery or other documents related to the Goods. The legal
warranty period provided to the Consumer is not affected.

By the Warranty for Goods Quality, the Seller guarantees that the delivered Goods shall be, for a
certain period of time, suitable for regular or contracted use, and that the Goods shall maintain its
regular or contracted features.
The Warranty does not cover defects resulting from (if applicable):
• User’s fault, i.e. product damage caused by unqualified repair work, improper assembly,
insufficient insertion of seat post into frame, insufficient tightening of pedals and cranks
• Improper maintenance
• Mechanical damages
• Regular use (e.g. wearing out of rubber and plastic parts, moving mechanisms, joints etc.)
• Unavoidable event, natural disaster
• Adjustments made by unqualified person
• Improper maintenance, improper placement, damages caused by low or high temperature,
water, inappropriate pressure, shocks, intentional changes in design or construction etc.

Warranty Claim Procedure


The Buyer is obliged to check the Goods delivered by the Seller immediately after taking the
responsibility for the Goods and its damages, i.e. immediately after its delivery. The Buyer must check
the Goods so that he discovers all the defects that can be discovered by such check.
When making a Warranty Claim the Buyer is obliged, on request of the Seller, to prove the purchase
and validity of the claim by the Invoice or Bill of Delivery that includes the product’s serial number, or
eventually by the documents without the serial number. If the Buyer does not prove the validity of the
Warranty Claim by these documents, the Seller has the right to reject the Warranty Claim.
If the Buyer gives notice of a defect that is not covered by the Warranty (e.g. in the case that the
Warranty Conditions were not fulfilled or in the case of reporting the defect by mistake etc.), the Seller
is eligible to require a compensation for all the costs arising from the repair. The cost shall be
calculated according to the valid price list of services and transport costs.
If the Seller finds out (by testing) that the product is not damaged, the Warranty Claim is not accepted.
The Seller reserves the right to claim a compensation for costs arising from the false Warranty Claim.
In case the Buyer makes a claim about the Goods that is legally covered by the Warranty provided by
the Seller, the Seller shall fix the reported defects by means of repair or by the exchange of the
damaged part or product for a new one. Based on the agreement of the Buyer, the Seller has the right
to exchange the defected Goods for a fully compatible Goods of the same or better technical
characteristics. The Seller is entitled to choose the form of the Warranty Claim Procedures described
in this paragraph.
The Seller shall settle the Warranty Claim within 30 days after the delivery of the defective Goods,
unless a longer period has been agreed upon. The day when the repaired or exchanged Goods is
handed over to the Buyer is considered to be the day of the Warranty Claim settlement. When the
Seller is not able to settle the Warranty Claim within the agreed period due to the specific nature of the
Goods defect, he and the Buyer shall make an agreement about an alternative solution. In case such
agreement is not made, the Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with a financial compensation in the
form of a refund.
