(folosim ½ lamaie uscata din aia mica)

Cocchi Americano Bianco, Campari, Jameson Black Barrel, coconut water all batched and
matured over coconut oil in a glass bottle
(peel de porto taiat frumos)
*daca ramânem fara Cocchi, inlocuim cu Petroni alb

Clarified Pinacolada 120 ml


30 ml Havana Anejo 7 Anos, 15 ml Goslings Black Seal Rum, pineapple juice* all washed
down throught coconut milk to become a clear and delicate sip
(3 betisoare scurte de lemongrass, subtiri)

Clementine Mezcalita 150 ml


40 ml Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, fresh clementine, 20 ml lime juice, 20 ml agave syrup
(1 clementina fara coaja muddle, ca si garnish o sectiune rotunda de clementina fara coaja)

Emerald Mojito 400 ml


40 ml Havana Anejo 3 Anos, 20 ml basil & cucumber homemade puree, lime, 20 ml sugar
syrup, soda, fresh basil
(folosim 3 wedge de lime la muddle, busuiocul se pune la final ca si garnish, atat)

(Piure de castraveti si busuioc: 350 g de castraveti taiati cuburi mai mici, 35 g frunze de
busuioc, 60 ml suc de lamaie, 120 ml apa, dat bine la blender
Pt Cooler: 60 ml piure de facut de noi cu castraveti, busuioc, suc de lamaie, 20 ml sirop de
agave, 20 ml suc de lamaie, top apa plata. Garnish: spring f mare de busuioc in mijlocul
paharului.

Miercuri: de refacut McQueen Ultraviolet (citrice deshidratate)

Si poate inca un todie pe baza de suc de mere fierbinte, poate ii adaugi bicarbonat de sodiu
si acid citric sa-l faci un pic fizzy cum e cidrul. Sau poate ii adaugi otet sa-l faci spre shrub. Ii
poti adauga si alcool
