AS THIS IS A FRIENDLY TOURNAMENT, TEAMS MAY USE MORE THAN


14 PLAYERS IN EACH MATCH. THE PROTOCOL WILL BE ADAPTED
ACCORDINGLY.
The tournament will be played according to the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship
Protocol, teams will switch sides after each set. There will be no technical time-outs, coaches
may ask for 2 time-outs (each one 30 sec). The Serve Clock will be used.

11. TRANSPORTATION

Transfer from/to the hotel, and local transportation from/to the competition hall and airport, is
arranged by the organizer by bus.

12. BOARD & LODGING

Board and lodging will be provided for all officials and participants of the event at the
aforementioned hotels.
The organizer will provide accommodation for max. 20 members of each delegation (4 single
and 8 double rooms per delegation) for a period starting ONE DAY before the first match and
ending one day after the closing of the tournament.

NOTE: Any extra member of a delegation has to be communicated in writing form to the
organizer before the start of the event. Each extra member will be charged 295,20 Euro per
day/ per person, payable by the team manager to the organizer in cash after the General
Technical Meeting or by bank transfer before arrival (if you prefer to pay via bank
transfer please provide us details to the invoice ASAP).

Teams will be guaranteed 3 meals daily in the hotel restaurant, beginning with lunch on the
day of arrival and ending with breakfast on the day of departure. On competition days teams
receive an additional snack in the hotel (snack means tea, coffee, water, cake).

13. LAUNDRY

On the competition days, laundry is provided for 14 players of each team as follow:
- 1 shirt, 1 shorts, 1 pair of socks.
The team guide collects the players’ uniforms after each match and returns them on the
following day.

14. MEDICAL SERVICES & ANTI–DOPING CONTROLS

A) ANTI-DOPING CONTROL:
Anti-doping control may be conducted at any time by WADA or POLADA.

B) FIRST AID:
First Aid Service will be provided during the entire duration of the competition.

15. MEDIA INFORMATION

All players are kindly requested to cooperate with media representatives.

The TV Broadcaster (POLSAT TV) has the opportunity for flash interviews after each match.
The first interview must start 5 minutes after conclusion of the match. The maximum duration
of the interview is 2 minutes. The teams are requested to comply with the wishes of TV
concerning the interviews.

All players have to leave the playing area through the mixed zone, where they should be
available for interviews.

The official press conference will be conducted after each match every tournament day.

16. OPENING & CLOSING CEREMONIES

There is no opening ceremony.


However, all teams are requested to take part in the closing ceremony which will be
conducted immediately after the second match on the third day.

18. HYGIENE RESTRICTIONS

Currently, there are no Anti – Covid-19 restrictions in Poland. The newest information can be
