    Variable Gauge Length – Large Stroke

    Model: EEV-200

    The TMT Rebars of various grades will have to be tested for 0.2% Yield Stress and Total % Elongation
    at peak with Extensometers whose gauge length is 5 x D. Which means that Gauge Length has to be
    different for different diameter of bar.

    In order to accomplish the above we supply Extensometers with continuously variable Gauge Length and
    large stroke as elongation at peak takes place at much higher point.

    These Extensometers are compliance as per IS: 12872 Class1, ISO 9513 Class 1. The Extensometer
    has to be removed immediately after Peak load by reducing the speed of Loading.

    There are two different types of Extensometers supplied by us to meet the above requirement covering
    TMT Rebar size 8mm to 40 mm dia.

    Gauge Length 40 - 100 mm 125 - 200 mm

    Measuring Range (Stroke) 16 mm 20 mm

    Specimen Size (Dia.) 6 to 20 mm 25 to 40 mm

    Least Count 0.001 mm

    Excitation voltage ± 5 V DC

    Out Put (Approx) 20mv of full scale
