    RESOLUTION NO. 3 S. 2024
    A RESOLUTION ON THE UPCOMING INVESTITURE AND DAY CAMP 2024

    WHEREAS, the NEHS-Senior High School Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP), which was founded in
    August 2023 that is now a scouting community inside the school, is an organization that aims for the
    betterment of the school and encourages students to be active in every aspect of their life,

    WHEREAS, the BSP is conducting an event on February 9, 2024, 7:30 am – 7:30 pm entitled “NEHS –
    SHS Scouts Investiture Ceremony and Day Camp 2024” and

    WHEREAS, the event will be exclusive for NEHS-Senior High School students only; and

    ON TOP OF THAT, the event will have a registration fee of Php 150.00 for their registration; and

    LASTLY, the proceeds will be used for their registration as scouts and the remaining will proceed to the
    whole day expenses.

    NOW, IN ADDITION, on the motion of Althea Margarette DM. Cudia, NEHS – Senior High School Boy
    Scouts of the Philippines, Senio Crew Leader, seconded by the members of BSP;

    BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED that the NEHS – Senior High School BSP requests
    approval from the Office of the School Principal, the conduct of event entitled “NEHS – SHS Scouts
    Investiture Ceremony and Day Camp 2024”; and

    BE RESOLVED FURTHER, let a copy of the resolution with the attached minutes of meeting be
    furnished to the Office of the School Principal, Faculty and Staff President, for their information and
    approval of this resolution.
