Failure to comply with any of the rules listed will result in the cancellation of your commission. For
any cancellation fees, refer to the Refund and Cancellation policy.
1. General Terms
a. The client should provide all relevant materials and requirements when submitting
their request form.
b. Any specific assets or instruments needed for the piece will have to be paid and
provided by the client if the artist isn’t in possession of said assets or instruments.
c. The artist and the client should first settle on an accurate explanation and
interpretation of the expected finished product before starting the commission.
d. The artist will allow himself a trial period for the commission before any upfront
payments by the client.
e. The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission.
2. Personal Information
Personal information needed for the process of delivering the commissioned piece:
a. Full legal name
b. Company name (if any)
c. VAT number (if any)
d. Billing address
e. E-mail address
All of this information is to stay private between both parties. This information is to be
provided willingly by the client and before the down payment has been issued. Failing to
provide any of this information will result in the cancelation of the commissioned piece.
3. Payment
a. Payment will be conducted in Euros (€/EUR).
b. Payment will not be accepted unless the artist agrees to accept the commission
and asks for the payment.
c. A down payment of 20% the total price of the commission is expected upon the
commencement of aforementioned commission, with the remaining 80% paid
upon completion.
4. Process and Delivery
Pre-commission:
The artist may notify the client the start of the commissioned piece, and the
Expected Turnaround Time (ETAT) will be activated. If the ETAT is not amenable,
the artist may accept a rush fee at his convenience.
During Commission:
The artist will notify the client periodically on the progress that has been made on
the piece. The client is entitled to updates and may contact the artist at any point
during the commission.
Post-commission/ Delivery:
The completed piece will be sent via email or discord DM as a high-resolution file.
File format can be decided by the client.
5. Revisions
a. The client is entitled to 2 revisions during the commission process after the
provision of the down payment.
b. Changing the subject of the commission will not be permitted after completing the
full payment.
c. There will be 1 minor revision allowed once the commission is considered
complete.
d. Additional revision(s) after those listed above will incur fees proportional to the
additional workload.
In case of refunds, the artist will only refund the amount received after
cutting off the PayPal fees.
By signing this document, the client agrees to all the terms listed above. This agreement will take
effect once both signatures have been affixed to this document.
