Activity Design: Procurement of TV, Printer, and Orbital Fan for School ICT/E-

Library

Objective:
To enhance the functionality and comfort of the School ICT/E-Library by providing
essential equipment including a TV for multimedia presentations, a printer for document
printing, and an orbital fan for improved ventilation.
Scope:
Purchase and installation of one television set, one printer, and one orbital fan
specifically for the School ICT/E-Library.
Integration of the TV and printer with existing ICT infrastructure.
Placement and setup of the orbital fan to ensure adequate ventilation within the library
space.

Activity Plan:
a. Planning Phase:
Consult with the school administration, teachers, and students to determine the specific
requirements and preferences for the TV, printer, and orbital fan.
Research reputable suppliers or vendors that offer quality multimedia equipment,
printers, and fans suitable for educational environments.
Assess the layout and space availability within the ICT/E-Library for optimal placement
of the equipment.
b. Procurement Process:
Obtain price quotations from selected suppliers/vendors for the desired TV, printer, and
orbital fan models. Prepare procurement documents, including purchase orders and
contracts, in accordance with school procurement policies and guidelines.
Coordinate with the school administration or finance department for the release of
funds. Monitor the procurement process to ensure timely acquisition of the equipment.
c. Installation and Setup:
Coordinate with the supplier/vendor for delivery and installation of the TV, printer, and
orbital fan.
Ensure proper placement of the TV for optimal viewing angles and minimal interference
with library activities.
Set up the printer in a designated area with easy access for students and staff.
