GUIDELINES:
1. Students are allowed to present their proposal via powerpoint for 15 minutes.
2. The QandA will run at a maximum of 1 hour. After the QandA, a breakout is given for
the panellists to discuss their recommendations.
3. The Adviser and the students shall join again for the final feedback of the presentation
and the results of their grades.
4. Should there be a concern to reconvene, it shall be discussed immediately as to the
schedule that will be allotted.
