Part – B Micro-Project Report

Title of Micro-Project : Medical Store.

1.0 Rationale
The main purpose is used to implement a system for selecting and
purchasing medicines in a store , calaculating the total bill , and generating an automated
bill for the customer .The shell script calculates the total bill based on the quantity of
medicines selected and the tax rate applied . And also the shell script generates an
automated bill for the customer . User easily purchase medicine using shell scipt .
The main functionality of the shell script is to facilitate the selection and
purchase of medicines , calculate the total bill , and generate an automated bill for the
customer. This project will be helpful to understand the how to bulid medical store in
ubuntu system.

of your software.

 User Interface Design and Usability:

Usability is a critical aspect of any software project. Studies by [Author] delve
into the significance of an intuitive user interface in medical store systems.
The integration of user-friendly features within the operating system
contributes to enhanced user experience, reducing the learning curve for
medical store personnel and minimizing errors during the medication
dispensing process.

In conclusion, the literature reviewed underscores the multifaceted relationship

between operating systems and medical store projects. Efficient operating systems not
only optimize internal processes but also contribute to the overall quality and safety
of patient care. The synthesis of these findings serves as a foundation for the
development and enhancement of operating system-integrated medical store
management systems, providing valuable insights for future research and practical
implementations in the field.

5.0 Actual Methodology Followed.

First of all we collected the information which is required for our micro project
from internet facilities, reference books and our subject teacher. We used Google and Wikipedia
facilities for collecting necessary information. We searched information about how to build
online medical store shopping system . During the process, we searched information about
Medical store and tablets mans which types of tablet are daily uses for customer those tablets are
stocked are big. It help the customer to find their tablets easily on online . It solved our
difficulties to complete the project. Then we gathered and analyzed all the information. And we
make chart related to all this information.

Some key point :

The project is a small but practical application for a medicine store, showcasing the
usefulness of shell scripting and bash in real-world scenarios.
The system prompts the user to specify the quantity of medicine packs they want,
suggesting a focus on efficient inventory management.
The medicine store project generates an automated bill by counting the total amount and
showing it to the customer, making the billing process more efficient
The welcome message and the use of echo command create a user-friendly interface for
the medicine store.
The price of the medicine is calculated based on the quantity selected, ensuring accurate
pricing for customers.
The script allows users to input the quantity of "napa" they want to buy and calculates the
total price accordingly.
The system can identify and categorize medicines, such as antibiotics, based on user
input, making it easier for customers to find what they need.
The project demonstrates the practical application of shell scripting in an operating
system, showcasing the versatility and usefulness of Ubuntu Linux.

7.0 Source Code

In above shows that nano is command which create file. We also mentioned that which type
of file we want create means mention extension that file.

/conversion/tmp/activity_task_scratch/730053822.docx
Here is a input source code in which we can give different no of medicines.

/conversion/tmp/activity_task_scratch/730053822.docx

/conversion/tmp/activity_task_scratch/730053822.docx
/conversion/tmp/activity_task_scratch/730053822.docx
In that above output we simply calculate the medicine quantity to call their object using if
else statements.

8.0 Outputs of the Micro-Projects

In above output we call that file to write just ./ and project or file name with their
extension.

We also display the current recept of medicine with date and time and also many medicine
display with their price and how many grams / milframs are present in that medicine.

/conversion/tmp/activity_task_scratch/730053822.docx
Software calculate their medicine quantity and display that price with current time means
customer know that when he buy this medicines.

/conversion/tmp/activity_task_scratch/730053822.docx
Software calculate their medicine quantity and also describe that which medicine you have
also mention their grams and then calculate the medicine price.
