    Project: Lafarge Holcim as Consultant
    • Daily monitoring of the SAP system landscape -ABAP dumps, System logs,
    Updates, Background jobs, Work processes, Spool data, Backups.
    • Performed root cause analysis for clients’ problems and provide accurate
    documentation to client in a timely and effective manner.
    • Scheduling, managing, and monitoring of background jobs.
    • Performed Kernel Patch Upgrade.
    • Performed Add-ons, Support Packs through SPAM & SAINT on SAP systems.
    • Performed HR Patch upgrade and component upgrade.
    • Performed systems copies on ECC system.
    • Importing Internal & Externa transports and resolving transport-related issues.
    • Worked with client open/close and system settings upon business approval in
    various systems in the landscape.
    • Applied Standard license using Slicense, Maintenance license during upgrade
    as well certificate renewal from Strust.
    • Maintained RFC connections.
    • Worked on SAP HANA Administration.
    • Worked on SOLMAN, Troubleshooting & solving the incidents & client requests,
    • Worked on Service Now.

    Additional Skills: SAP ABAP: Good exposure to RICEFW concepts, SAP ABAP
    DDIC concepts, SAP ABAP on HANA, AMDP, CDS, OO ABAP.
