    REIMBURSEMENT OF ENTERTAINMENT EXPENSES/ SUMPTUARY

    The Hon’ble Board in its meeting dated 18.01.2023 has accorded its approval for
    revision in “Financial Powers of Officers under Sumptuary& Business
    Development” & also have approved introduction of the reimbursement facility to
    the Employees in Office Assistant& Office Attendant cadre.
    The revised/newly introduced limits will be applicable from 01.01.2023.
    Revised Limits:

    1) The Incumbent In-Charges posted in Branches shall be entitled for additional


    limit to the extent of 50% for achievement of budget in all the five key
    parameters. Details of same are as under:-
     Core Deposits
     Advances
     Reduction in NPA
     Agriculture/ SME & Retails Advances
     Fee Based Income

    2) The Incumbent In-Charge having achieved Budgets in at least three out of


    the above five parameters, shall be entitled for additional limit to the extent
    of 25%.

    REIMBURSEMENT OF ENTERTAINMENT EXPENSES/ SUMPTUARY
    For sanction of Additional Limits as per point no.1& 2 above, the case is required to
    be sent to H.O. (Through Regional Manager) for consideration & approval.
    The expenses, as per entitlement, will be reimbursed on half yearly basis, on
    the strength of the undertaking by the concerned Employee. Upto 50% of the
    limit will be reimbursed in the first half of the financial year and the remaining
    amount in the second half year.
    Further, the Employees who are due for retirement during the year may be
    reimbursed Entertainment Expenses to the full extent, any time during the year, on
    the strength of undertaking by the concerned Employee.

    Incumbents are advised to keep Employee-wise record of Entertainment


    Expenses/Sumptuary reimbursed in the Branch/Office. Incumbents are also
    advised to get the contents of the Circular noted from all the Employees posted at
    their Branch/Office.
