2. SCOPE:
This process applies to all contracts relating to Infrastructure Projects, Petroleum Outlets,
Solar Projects, Ms Tanks, Electrical Works Etc.

4. RESPONSIBILITY- HEAD MARKETING & HEAD- BD:


Marketing Division

 Obtaining of Tender documents


 Submission of Techno commercial bids
 Registration of Company in various organizations/ Govt. bodies
 Operation of Company website & brochure
 Meeting clients and obtaining general feedback on company
 Arranging for Company stalls in Exhibition with support of Project Manager

Bidding Division

 To prepare preliminary estimates based on inputs received from operations team.


 To submit preliminary estimates to MD for drafting the bid.
 Preparation/ compilation of techno-commercial bids
 Method statements, planning and costing inputs from Operation team and Project Manager.
 Attending pre-bid meetings & preparation of pre-bid queries
 Submit the clarifications in case of tenders already submitted with customers
 All documentation required for signing of contract documents on successful bidding
 Hand over to Project Manager all documents in company format the contract documents

6.5 GUIDELINES FOR ANALYSIS OF LEGAL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

At the stage of Bid analysis, the various legal and other requirements and provisions shall
be identified in the form of Check list. Compliance status of the same by the Employer/
Client shall be identified based on the documentation provided. Any further augmentation of
compliance on the part of Employer needs to be addressed. In the event of award of work,

in favour of S K Engineering and Construction Company India Private Limited, the balance
