POLYFLOOR EPOXY PFT-253-2K SB is two components solvent-less amine

cured epoxy self-smoothing floor topping. This system best apply for heavy duty
floor in food, beverage and drug production, pulp and paper industry, hotel kitchen,
computer and electrical room, workshop, emergency stair, etc. This floor topping

SURFACE PREPARATION
Compressive strength of concrete floor must be more than 25 N/mm2 in more than 28 days. Moisture
content should be less than 5% and the surface temperature must be at least 3 oC above current dew
temperature. Remove oil contaminants using industrial grade detergent or degreasing compound as
chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning.

low speed mixer. Pour component B to component set/m2/mm

CLEANING
POLYFLOOR EPOXY PFT-253-2K SB should be removed from tools and equipments with PROPAN
Epoxy Thinner. Hardened material can be removed mechanically only.

such as lead. Avoid Contact with skin and eyes. Do not inhale. Wear suitable protective equipment such

Skin contact : Rinse under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation
persists.
Eye contact : Wash off under plenty of water immediately. Seek medical advice if irritation
