What will you do?

• Utilize LinkedIn and Naukri platforms to identify and source potential candidates.
• Align candidate profiles with the job descriptions provided by clients.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates through cold calling and email communication.
• Conduct screening rounds to ensure alignment with both communication skills and job expertise.
• Screen candidates based on JD requirements and conduct a sanity check on their qualifications.
• Proactively follow up with candidates post-assessment to gather feedback and address any
concerns.
• Maintain ongoing communication to keep candidates engaged in the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Regularly update the tool with new candidate entries and maintain an organized database.
• Collaborate with the internal team to streamline the admin tool processes and enhance
efficiency.
What skills do you need?

• Masters/Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Competent in doing cold outreach in conveying Antwalk capabilities with the client and
scheduling demo meets.
• Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup
ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills and a research-oriented mindset
• Possess a “can-do attitude” and desire to hit challenging targets
