Detox Diet: (Only for One Week)
• Two glass Lukewarm Water + 2 Tsp Lime Juice + ½ tsp immunity powder . Mix it
well & drink. (It’s compulsory to drink 500 ml water first thing in the morning as
your metabolism shoots by 30 to 40 % and your whole body becomes Alkaline)
• After that 5 Almonds + 2 Walnuts + little Sunflower seeds & Pumpkin seeds (all
soaked overnight except walnut & then have the nuts in the morning, throw the
water )+ 3to 4 black seedless raisins soaked in two strands of saffron overnight
in little water. Eat it in the morning and drink that water also
• Ingredients of green juice : 50 to 60 gms Spinach, 1/2 Cucumber, 1/2 carrot, very
little Bitter Gourd (kerala), 1/2 raw Potato, 2 Cloves Garlic (optional), little bit
ginger, 1/4 white Radish, little Coriander Leaves & 8 to 10 Morianga leaves or ½
tsp morianga powder & Tulsi leaves.
• Method: Take all the above ingredients cut into pieces & Churn into a mixie, grind
well then strain out all the fibre add 150 ml to 200 ml hot water and squeeze 1 full
deseeded lime into it & drink (don't add any salt or sugar) it tastes quite fine. Pl
sit down and drink, don’t gulp it down. It’s very important to have as it’s a detox
juice only for one week.
Breakfast:
• 2 Chillas made out of Sprouts or 2 green Moong Dal Chilla with Tomato, Onion &
Paneer filling or 2 yellow Moong Dal Chilla with Paneer filling +only green chutney
Once a week you can take 2 idli + a small bowl sambhar + chutney or veg masala
oats
• 1 cup ginger herbal green tea or black tea with the same tea leaves or black coffee
if you want otherwise avoid
11 to 11.30 am
• take chamomile tea without milk and sugar it reduces belly fat
One glass Sabza seed water half an hour before lunch ( take ½ tsp sabza seeds put it in
the bottle in the morning only and drink water from it ..once over again refill )
OR
• Green salad + one bowl veg Khichdi +one bowl skim curd
OR
• Green salad + burito bowl with lettuce and kidney beans + one glass thin
buttermilk
4.30 pm:
• 1 cup green tea + 6 to 8 peanuts + 5 to 6 roasted pumpkin seeds + 4
Almonds + 5 to 6 roasted sunflower seeds or a small bowl dry bhel with
roasted Channa and peanuts
Dinner: (latest by 8 pm )
• Green salad (one cucumber +1/2 carrot +1/2 beetroot)
• One bowl sprout salad or lettuce vsalaf or any salad of your choice but no
cream or mayonnaise in it
• 100 GM’s paneer in any form like palak paneer cutlets ( made on non stick
with very less cold pressed oil) or paneer Tikka or paneer burji etc
• 50 GM’s broccoli compulsory to eat every day as it’s very healthy and helps
in weight loss ( boil it and make like grilled veggies ..if you want you can add
above paneer , onion , capsicum , zucchini , salt , pepper, chilli flakes ,
oregano in it )
• one small bowl skim curd or Raita or thin buttermilk
• If still hungry then a small of veg quinoa or a bowl of soup you can have
Before Sleep:
In 1 glass lukewarm water add one tsp lime juice+ ¼ tsp immunity powder .. mix it well
& have it
