    BBM 343: PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AND LAW

    Course purpose
    This course provides the fundamental principles and practices of Government and public sector
    procurement.

    Course Objectives
    1. To define the concept of public procurement to the students.
    2. To describe the procurement process.
    3. To identify laws regulating public procurement in Kenya.

    Expected Learning Outcomes


    At the end of the course, students are expected to be able to:

    1. Choose the appropriate terms in public procurement


    2. Identify all the stages of the procurement process
    3. Demonstrate the importance of legislation and laws in public procurement
