This pandemic also gives an impact to our economics. Firstly, during the
movement control order (MCO), people cannot get out from their house to do
their routine everyday like go to work, family shopping, leisure and so on. They
must stay at home to avoid this virus spread to another peoples. As a result, they
cannot go to work and they had to be fired because lack of production of a
company. So in this case, they loss their monthly income and give impact to their
mental.

economics if this pandemic are continuous for many days, month or many years.
Because of this pandemic has been spread and so many more positive
cases every day, the government suggest to the workers to work from home to
avoid this viruses spread. As a result, some of workers that work in office have to
get used to the new norm to work from home. Actually, there are several benefits
of working from home during this pandemic.

2.2 Increase Productivity
Some of the worker said they loved to work from home because it can
increase their productivity. Based on Beth Mason’s survey, she obtained that this
answer is the one of top three of her survey. Just under half of homeworkers felt
it gave them the opportunity to develop new and better ways of doing their jobs.
Improved productivity was also commonly linked with people finding that there
were fewer distractions at home, or enjoying a more peaceful environment
compared to the office, particularly for the more introverted workforce.

future. It is also can gave stress to them because of the financial problem.
However, if they work from home they can save more money to spend to
that consumption. They can save about RM 5000 to RM 10000 for a year. It is so
large amount that they spend everyday but if they save it, they can use it for
future expenses. So they do not feel fear to facing their future financial problem.
2.4 Summary
In this situation, it can be summarize that work from home can give more
positive impact to the worker. It can give many benefits to their productivity, body
health, economics and many more. So in this pandemic situation, work from
home can give more positive impact to decrease the positive cases everyday.
