AMAZING RACE

MAIN OBJECTIVE:
To promote and exercise trust with everyone and to have a united team making it
as one.

GAME MECHANICS:
1. Each programs is required to join the challenge.
2. Should have 4 groups with at least 5-8 members each group.
3. Each member should participate individually.
4. Each team should accomplish each station in order to move to the next station.
5. The deadline of the list of participants every program is on April 11, 2023
6. The first group to finish and accomplish all stations will be declared as “WINNER”.
7. Cheating is highly prohibited and considered disqualified.
Note: Station 4 will be the last destination of all teams.

Station 1: Charades with a twist


Mechanics:
1. Each team has an equal amount of Charades cards.
2. Timing and scorekeeping are essential.
3. Words/phrases must be acted out.
4. Players cannot speak, point at room objects, or move their lips.
5. Only 1 player in each team can see the given word charades card to be acted out in
each round.
6. The team chooses the actor for each round.
7. No time limit given, each team must acted out and guess their assigned charade
cards.
8. Standard gestures can be discussed and agreed on before play commences.
9. Once the members of each team guessed the word/phrase the other member will go
in front and pick a word to act.
=TWIST=
1. Each actor must run and go around the chair and blow the balloon.
2. After blowing the balloon he/ she must pop the balloon by seating on it.

Station 2: Capital Discovery


Mechanics:
1. The assigned committee will show a picture of a country.
2. Each team must guess the capital of the county.
3. There will be rambled letters prepared in the station to help the racers guess the
capital.
4. The team may proceed to the next station after they guess all the country’s capital
city.

Station 3: Jigsaw Cognacia


Mechanics:
1. The team must pick a puzzle that they want to solve.
2. Each puzzle contains a riddle that they need to answer. The riddle will only be
revealed once the puzzle is solved.
3. Once the puzzle is solved, the team can now start to think about the answer to the
riddle.
4. If they already know what the riddle is all about, the team must state the correct
answer together.
5. If they answer correctly, then their 4th station is cleared and they can proceed to
another station.

Station 4: Tangram Shapes with a twist


Mechanics:
1. Each team will be given an equal set of tangram shapes.
2. Each team will choose a representative to pick a paper in the box that has a written
figure in it which they will form.
3. By using all set of tangram shapes provided by the committee, all the members will
help to form their picked figure (Ex. Cat, they will form a cat using those tangram
shapes).
4. TWIST. Each figure corresponds an academic question that is not related to the
team’s course/program.
5. TWIST. After they formed their picked figure, each team will answer that question.
The committee will check their answers and declare if the team is cleared or not. If not
the team will revised their answers until they are cleared.
6. Since this is the final station, the first team who finishes first will shout their
“TEAM NAME + COURSE/PROGRAM + GENIUS” (Ex. SABERTOOTH BSED
ENGLISH GENIUS) and will be declared WINNER.
