Ann is a woman born into an open-minded family where her father taught that men and
women have the same rights and obligations. Likewise, her mother gives an example of when a
woman is responsible for her household work and does heavy work too.
Ann learned a lot from her younger brother's shortcomings, she grew into a humble woman to
protect her younger brother's feelings. From his younger brother She learned to never give up
and mobilize his abilities when facing failure.
When She attended school in Groton, She learned to respect racial, ethnic and religious
differences.
Ann feels that she is not very superior in her class, but she has high confidence that one
day she will contribute to her school.
While in the marines he learned to work as a team, think about others, not be selfish.
however, she felt gender discrimination regarding the employment of a female marine under
the law. then he went to Iraq and became a commander there.
Ann enrolled at Harvard Business School because she saw many fraudulent practices in
business which made her think that businesses that had an impact on communities would
change many lives quickly.
As a Marine, Ann successfully carried out a mission to re-secure the area that had been
controlled by the Militia and returned to the US to continue her dream.
Now Ann has achieved work-life-balance by having a supportive partner and a job that is
comfortable for her.
Ann was successful as a member of the Marines and she succeeded in achieving her
dream of working for a business that prioritizes enterprise business and creates opportunities
for Americans and makes money along the way.
Beside from that, Ann now has a work-life-balance and a partner who is supportive of
her work.
