Super Gran TM

Proven Performer that Leaves Nothing to Chance

In traditional Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMGs), the circumferential speed from centre to periphery becomes faster.

Closer to the centre, the granulated substances tend to become larger. As the capacity increases, this phenomenon

becomes more pronounced. Material tends to exhibit a bi-modal behaviour as the shear zone is only at the bottom of

the bowl where the impeller is moving. This leads to uneven shear application to the powder mass. It paves the way for

unpredictable effects of compressive forces to creep in, ultimately leading to a loss in scalability at larger volumes.

This problem is eliminated in the Super GranTM that has a number of impellers mounted throughout the vertical axis of

the bowl. Delumpers used in traditional RMGs lead to material sticking to the top lid and the body of the bowl, which

does not occur in the Super GranTM.

Strip Packing Machine

Gansons Strip Packing Machine packs a wide range of

products into easily dispensable strips with economy and

speed.

It handles a wide variety of products such as coated and

un-coated tablets of different sizes/shapes, hard and soft

gelatin capsules, confectionary products including

lozenges, toffees and chewing gum as well as electronic

devices, among others.

It has a capacity between 500 units/minute to 2,500

units/minute. Models from 2 tracks to 20 tracks are

available. Strip packing machines include value added

features such as no-fill / no-foil detection systems and

photo print registration systems.
