Welcome Address
Dear Distinguished Scholars,

Warm greetings!

Welcome to attend the 7th International Conference on Civil Engineering and Sustainable Development
(ICCESD 2024) to be held in KUET, Bangladesh during February 07-09, 2024. On behalf of
organizing committee, I sincerely appreciate your support to the conference.

To make all of us connected more conveniently, we’re not only holding this conference in KUET,
but also creating a customized "Web Platform" where participants from different parts of the world
will be networked. On the virtual platforms, the attendees can present the papers and can participate
in the technical sessions.

We’d like to express our gratitude and appreciation to all the individuals who have contributed to our
conferences in various ways. Special thanks are extended to the reviewers of the conference for their
thorough review of all the submissions, which is vital to the success of the conference, and also to the
members in the organizing committee who had given their valuable time and efforts in planning,
promoting, organizing and helping the conference. The conference will provide opportunities for the
participants to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or
research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Hope all of you have a wonderful experience and have a good harvest during the conference!
Meanwhile, we warmly welcome you to join with us in the next year conference in 2026. As always,
thank you very much for your constant attention and support to our conferences.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee,

Prof. Dr. Md. Rokonuzzaman

Conference Chair, ICCESD 2024
Department of Civil Engineering
Khulna University of Engineering & Technology
