The list of Register Number of the candidates admitted

provisionally to the Onscreen Certificate Verification in the ratio of 1:3 for
the posts included in Combined Civil Services Examination–II (Interview
Posts) (Group-II Services) based on the results of the Main Written
Examination conducted by the Commission on 25.02.2023 FN & AN was
published on the Commission’s website on 11.01.2024.
Based on the outcome of the Onscreen Certificate Verification,

the candidates whose register number mentioned below have been
provisionally admitted to Oral Test in the ratio of 1:2/1:3 based on the
marks obtained by the candidates in Main Written Examination and with
reference to rule of reservation of appointments.
The Oral Test will be held from 12.02.2024 to 17.02.2024 at the

office of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, TNPSC Road,
Chennai-600 003. The candidates should attend the Oral Test with all
original certificates in support of the claims made in their online
applications. The above details will be made available on the Commission’s
website and the candidates will be informed of the above fact only through
SMS and e-mail accordingly. Individual communication regarding the date
and time of oral test will not be sent to the candidates by post.

COMMUNICATION TO APPLICANTS:-
“No individual Communication shall be sent to the candidates by
Post. However, the Commission provides the additional facility to the
candidates by informing the above said dates, events and intimation
relating to Certificate upload, Certificate Verification and Oral Test etc.,
via SMS and e-mail through their registered Mobile Number and e-mail
ID. Candidates are directed to watch the Commission’s website & X
Account both periodically for all updates and intimations.
The Commission shall not be responsible if the communication does
not reach the applicant due to incorrect / invalid e-mail ID /mobile
number and failure / delay in delivery of SMS / e-mail to the candidates
due to any reason including technical issues. Any representation from
the candidates for non-receipt of SMS or e-mail will receive no
attention.”
NOTE:-
1. As per Note under Para (10) of Notification No.03/2022, dated
23.02.2022, selection in respect of Non-Interview posts will be taken
up after finalizing the selection for Interview posts.
2. Candidates who have been shortlisted for certain posts in List-II
published on 08.11.2022, have been considered only for the said
posts.
3. Mere inclusion of the register number of a candidate will not
imply that his/her candidature has been fully considered for
next stage of selection.

4. The candidates whose register number is found in the above list have
been admitted provisionally to the Oral Test based on the marks
obtained by them in the Main Written Examination and with reference
to the rule of reservation of appointment and other conditions
stipulated in the said notification.
5. The admission of candidates to the Oral Test is provisional subject to
verification and acceptance of the claims as made in their online
application towards Age, Educational Qualification, Communal
Category, PSTM, Religion, Gender, Differently Abled Persons,
Destitute Widow, Ex-Servicemen, Experience etc., through original
documents. If any of their claim in their online application is found to
be false or incorrect, their online application will be rejected, their
provisional admission to the Oral Test will be cancelled and they will
not be admitted to the next stage of selection.
6. The candidates who have appeared for the Main Written Examination
and whose register numbers are not found in the above list have not
been admitted to the Oral Test.
7. The admission of the above candidates to Oral Test is purely
provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and subject to
the final orders to be passed in W.A.(MD.) No.181 of 2023 and CMP
(MD) No.2247 of 2023 pending before the Hon’ble Madurai Bench of
Madras High Court, and W.P.Nos.33078, 28478, 12139, 7217 of 2022
& W.P.Nos.5298, 35540,35274 of 2023 & 522,1426,1427,1425 of
2024 and others cases relating to this recruitment, if any, pending on
the files of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras / Madurai
Bench of Madras High Court & File No.2945/LO/2022 before the court
of State Commission for PWD.
8. Candidates who have been admitted provisionally to the Oral Test
are hereby advised to attend the Oral Test with all the relevant
documents, in original without fail. Failure to produce even any one

of the essential documents will result in their non-admission to the
next stage of selection.
9. The list of register numbers of candidates who were admitted to
Onscreen Certificate Verification and who have not been considered
for provisional admission to Oral Test and the reasons there for have
been mentioned in the Annexure to this list.
