What was easy for you to accomplish? Why?


The accomplishment was easy for me:
1. Feasibility – analyzes the client’s specification and gives any recommendations that will provide a good quality
product and any problems may encounter during our process.
2. Job Order Form – to encode and make sure the accuracy of the data of the Job order.
3. Technical Memo – relying information of TM to process owners; accurate and clear. For every job that has a
revision and CP before the mass production and developmental.
4. Color proofing – familiarity on how to make a production standard based on the target densities and visual. But I
have little hard time on checking the color visually.
What was difficult? Where are you having problems succeeding? Why?
I have difficulties in color proofing, and I admittedly that I have a little hard time to see colors on special mixing color.
But throughout a day I have exposed to color proofing and exercise my vision to see more in deep on the colors. I
overcome the difficulty to ask more on my superiors and the operator of the machine. Imparting their experiences might
be helpful for me to succeed on the thing I have difficult situation.
How can I (the Superior) help you better?
I always had been redirected to R & D since in my internship. In my internship, I want to be part of the production
department but I was assigned in R & D of Boysen and I was get to enjoy my internship and learn a lot on how to work in
R & D harmoniously.
Also I was part of production department in the pulp and paper industry for 11 months, monitoring the machines
ensuring a no delays in production, from raw materials to final product and wastewater treatment monitoring.
Being part of the Majestic for 1 year and 6 months in QA department. My experiences in QAD such as raw materials
evaluation and compliance audit team and being exposed in production side while I am part of QAD brought me a
familiarization of the manufacturing process.
Being transferred to TID-TSG is the hardest decision to accept the offer. I was very hesitant to accept the new position
because I cannot see myself yet to be part of the research and development department because it is a meticulous
department with respect to a development and innovation of the product and client’s requirements and to support the
improvement of the process.
I consider of accepting the transfer to TID-TSG since my experiences from my internship and QAD of MPI can be help to
support the group with my familiarity of the process of the company.
For me I see a potential to perform in a TSG based on my experiences that I can bring to the organization. Staying for
almost a month, the superiors help me better to share their experience and knowledge on the position I have right
now. They will always approach me on their feedback of my outputs to be corrected. This will take me as a positive
criticism which makes me to improve better. They will also help me in color proofing which have critical colors and
ask for their disposition.
Pertaining to SOP of HR CR-G-015, “SALARY ADJUSTMENTS” states “shall respond to government regulations, merit
for positive work achievement and compensation for additional work (e.g.; job enhancement, promotion, etc.)”
With my professional experiences can be in consideration for asking more compensation.
Is it possible to adjust my salary compensation for my new position and responsibilities?
