OBSESSED about. Don’t start a rap channel for example if you don’t understand rap culture.
Doesn’t make sense.
Also: Take your time doing niche research. Write down all the ideas you
come across that interest you and REALLY do the searching on youtube to see if the
niche idea has at least some competitors that are getting views.

you need the VidIQ Plugin and go on a competitors channel…
There you go to "TRENDING" and there will be the videos with the highest velocity (views
per hour).
Copy the videos that are getting the most views per hour and change them up a little bit.
Chances are very high that these videos will also work for YOU!
