2. Teacher sticks calendar pages on the whiteboard.
PRE-LESSON
3. Teacher points on the calenda and say the name of the month out
loud.
Eg; January, February, March.
4. Teacher continues with the rest of the months.
5. Teacher continues the same step with with day calendar.

CLASS ACTIVITY 1 (READING)


1. Teacher asks pupils to look at the first frame and asks pupils what
season is in the picture.
2. Teacher asks pupils to tell the teacher about what they think is
happening.
3. Teacher asks pupils to follow along as the teacher plays the audio.
4. Teacher plays the audio for upils to shadow read.
5. Teacher plays the audio one more time for pupils to listen.
6. Teacher asks few question to pupils about the story.
Eg; Is it Greg’s birthday?
LESSON DEVELOPMENT

CLASS ACTIVITY 2 (ROLEPLAY)


1. Teacher divides the class into three groups.
ACTIVITIES

2. Teacher picks 2 pupils from each group to act out the story.
3. Teacher asks pupils to act in front of the classroom, the best act
will be rewarded with marks.

EXERCISE ONE (TEXT BOOK)


1. Teacher asks pupils to open page 37.
2. Teacher asks pupils to copy the questions from page 37.
3. Teacher discusses the answer together with pupils.

EXERCISE TWO (TRUE OR FALSE)


1. Teacher asks pupils to take out their English writing book.
2. Teacher asks pupils to copy the questions the teacher writes
down.
3. Teacher gives 10 mins for pupils to answer the questions.
