Lintel
Firstly the RCC frame of the structural columns would be of 16mm:8mm iron rods.
The RCC proportion in Lintel would comprise 16mm:12mm:10mm:8mm.
The Mortar would be of Ambuja Cement and A grade quality Dust and Stone.
The Mortar ratio would be 3:1(three parts of Dust and Stone : one Part of Cement)
We gonna add extra water proofing solution to your lintel also.
Structure
The Bricks used for structuring and partitioning would be of (Awwal) A grade quality.
Cement would be Ambuja only and A grade quality Dust(Coarse Sand).
Plaster Work of the house –ratio (3:1),Fine quality Jamuna sand.

All Chokahts would be of Mirandi and of size 6”x2”.5’ & 7”x2.5”.
Waterproof Flush Doors with Teak Vinyl.
Modular Kitchen with whole Cermica work in trend.
Door Locks would be of ISI marked company . And chatkhani and locks would be of
Stainless Steel.
Flooring(Tiles)
Flooring tiles and All tiles in Washroom and Kitchen would be of A grade certified brands
And on the terrace of your flat ,we going to put a whole covering with tiles for extra safety
and leakage from weather.
We would put Granite Marble on the Kitchen Slab,with rubbed mouldings.
As on balcony also, we will put tiles over it.
Ceiling
Fall Ceiling Cobb in every room of normal size 12 inches to 9 inches. With LED lights and
fitted Cobb lights.
Fall ceiling Cobb in Kitchen also.
Electric Work
We going to put all necessary points in living room ,Bedroom,Kitchen and Bathroom.
Wiring of the aforesaid property would be by Finolex OR Havell’s (Choice Based).
Both of the Ceiling Fan would be of Havells.
All Switch and Boards would be modular and ISI Marked(Arcil Green/Roma)
Wall llights ,CFL would be of Philips.

Extra waterproof Vinyl on Bathroom Door’s backside.

construction for example MCD complaints ,
