    Foundation & Structure Structural design Super Structure RCC framed structure The structural designs are confirming to IS standards of earth quake resistant structures. First Class Brick work in cement Mortar. External walls with 9" inches and internal walls with 4 1/2" inches. Doors Main Door Teak Wood frame and shutter with both sides veneer, aesthetically designed and finished with melamine polish and designer hardware of reputed make like Dorset or equivalent Teak Wood frame with Skin moulded shutter and hardware of reputed make. UPVC windows of reputed make with clear glass and safety grill in MS. Painting External Internal A combination of textured paint and acrylic based paints in two coats of reputed brand (Asian or equivalent). Smooth finish with Altek or equivalent putty finish with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of Asian make or equivalent over a coat of primer. Flooring: Car Park Drawing, Dining, Living & Bedrooms, Kitchen Corridor, Lobby Areas & Staircase Kitchen Interlocking Pavers/Cement Tiles / VDF Flooring Vitrified tiles of reputed make.

    Internal Doors Windows

    Combination of Sadarhali and Granite or Marble.

    Granite Kitchen platform with stainless steel sink. Ceramic Tiles wall cladding up to a height of 2 above the kitchen platform. Electrical points to suit the electrical appliances needed in the kitchen. Provision for washing machine in the utility area. Anti-skid ceramic flooring tiles.

    Toilets

    Ceramic tiles for wall. Premium sanitary wear. Jaquar or Equivalent bath fitting in all toilets. Provision for geyser in all toilets.
