1.6. Physical Outputs/Deliverable: Provided School Supplies and Anti-COVID items to the learners of
San Juan de Moriones Elementary School.
2. NARRATIVE REPORT
In September 20, 2021 the Project PROJECT SACE-“School Supplies And Anti-Covid Related
Items For Education Of The Learners In San Juan De Moriones Es”
of San Juan de Moriones Elementary School was launched with the presence of the Head Teacher,
Teachers ,, Brgy. Officials, GPTA Officials and other stakeholders.

The project was able to provide bond papers, alcohol, face masks and ink for the
production of self-learning kits and self learning modules and for anti- COVID items for the safety
protocols.
Prior to the acceptance of donations, the proponent asks for assistance from the Teachers
particularly the Faculty President and the GPTA President.
As part of the evaluation of the project, the proponent interviewed the recipients regarding
on the effect of the project to their families and they were very thankful for having such kind of
project because it was a big help for the learning of their children.
Moreover, the impact of the said project on the pupils as a whole based from the interview
conducted (while following the health protocols) was able to help them in their distance learning.
In addition, the sponsors of the project were being recognized during the Stakeholders’ Day
conducted by awarding them certificate for supporting the said project.
3. IMPACTS
Increased awareness on the importance of safety protocols mandated by the IATF to fight
coronavirus disease
Learners improved academic performance
Helped and used bond papers and other supplies in the production of self-learning kits or
modules and anti-COVID related items in following the safety protocols in fighting coronavirus
disease.
Built strong relationship between learners, teachers And other stakeholders
Helped learners in their distance learning
