implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the
department objectives are met.
Organize observation of labor conditions in work places, work on measures of
hazardous and harmful operation factors, certification work places and operation
equipment on compliance to Aramco requirements.
Ensure that HSE policies, procedures and processes are effectively Implemented
across the project
Lead on HSE initiatives and awareness campaigns.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure training needs are identified and training plans
are executed
Lead and promote a positive safety culture
Promote and encourage safe behaviors to support a positive HSE culture
Manage and support on incident investigations to determine causation and develop
