ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT
I. IDENTIFYING INFORMATION Title of the Activity: Barangay Clean-Up Program Objective: To inculcate among our students/youth the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of our environment. Type of Activity: Community Clean-up Drive Activity Proponents: School Administration, Faculty and Staff Activity Beneficiaries: The Community of Barangay Canramos Venue of the Activity: Barangay Canramos, Tanauan, Leyte Total Expenses: Php 3,000.00
II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
What is the significance of the activity?
The main objectives of the activity are as follows:
1. To inculcate among our students/ youth the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of our environment. 2. The proper disposal of garbage is very important because improper disposal like burning of garbage contributes to Global Warming and Climate Change. 3. To show to the community that Bayanihan Spirit through the clean-up drive is one of the strategies in our campaign against the threat of global warming, climate change and other equally significant issues in the world today.
What happened in the activity?
During its actual implementation last September 28, 2021 at around 3’o clock in the afternoon the administration, staff, faculty members and students went out of the school campus to conduct the clean-up in the entire area of Barangay Canramos covering 7 zones. Every class has its own area of assignment to be cleaned. Everyone collected along the streets non-biodegradable wastes and placed them in the sacks provided by the participants. The drainage was clog with plastics and cellophanes, so students did not hesitate to remove it using sticks. There were areas which was already abandoned or neglected. It was made a dumping area of garbage of nearby residents. When and where was the activity held?
The project was implemented in our immediate barangay where our school located at Barangay Canramos, Tanauan, Leyte last September 28, 2021.
Who are the attendees?
The Community Clean-Up Activity was attended by the Administration, Faculty, Staff and Students of Tanauan National High School.

The compiled garbage was not immediately pick-up Contacted the garbage collector. by the garbage track/collector.

The activity should be supported by the residents in the barangay.
