Nature of Work:
 Hitachi Astemo Chennai, being an Automobile components industry, the Trainees incumbents is
required to perform the job associated for producing auto components.
 The nature of the job involves Standing and Physically moving into shop floor from one place to the
another
 Please be noted that nature of the job requires long hours standing and moving from one place to
another. Considering the nature of the job, please evaluate yourself whether the intended job suits
you or not
 As Company is open to hire Diploma & ITI Trainees from any stream, please do not presume that you
will be given a job relating to stream such as computer, civil related or seating job. Kindly make a
note that Company is from “Manufacturing Industry” and produce “Auto components” only.
Therefore, Company hires Diploma & ITI Trainees for producing the auto components which requires
“Machine Operating”.
 It is essential to note that the hired Diploma & ITI Trainees are required to attend the duties on
defined shifts (even night shifts also). Respective Supervisors will assign trainees on different shifts
(weekly basis)
JOB DETAIL:
Job Role: Trainee Associate
Job Profile:
 For Assembling of Auto components
 Inspection and Testing
 CNC Machine operations
 Measurement etc.
Shift Timing:
 1st Shift - 7:30 am to 04:00 pm
 2nd Shift - 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
 3rd Shift - 12:00 am to 7:30 am
Educational Qualification: Diploma in EE, ECE, CSE, CE & ME.
Diploma passing year: sessions: 2021-24, 2020-23, 2019-22.
Eligibility Criteria:
 Fresher 2024 Appearing or 2023/ 2022 Batch Passed out (Only Female)
 Diploma & ITI All Trades are eligible
 Female candidates only
 55% & above marks throughout career.
 Candidates with age group of 18 to 22 age years
 Should be able to understand and communicate in English (This ability will be assessed
throughout the selection process)
 Good attitude & exhibit professional behaviour
 Willing to learn Japanese Manufacturing System
 Young dynamic, talented and having aspiration to grow in the field of automotive industry with a
positive attitude
Stipend:

Other Facilities:

 Hostel Facility details: All studio apartments are on sharing basis and therefore one apartment is
allotted for 6 Hostel Residents. Following facilities are available in hostel: Single Cot with mattress,
Cupboard with self-lock, individual chair, Individual electrical power point, each apartment will be
provided with 3 ceiling fans, 3 tube lights with appropriate fittings, dressing, mirror & Geyser facility
etc.
