    KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, ELVIRA C. LEGURPA, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, and with residence and postal address at 393 Pajero St., Brgy. Sun
    Valley, Parañaque City, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER;

    ALEXANDER T. NOCETE, likewise legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, and with residence and postal address at Lot Purok
    Camachile, Brgy. Sun Valley, Parañaque, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

    WHEREAS, the SELLER is the second owner of a certain motor vehicle which is more particularly described as follows. A copy of

    acknowledged to my entire satisfaction. I hereby sell, transfer, and convey by way of Absolute Sale unto ALEXANDER T. NOCETE, full title and
    ownership over the said motor vehicle with FRANCHISE CASE NO. NCR-EV-PJ-2018-1-2003-01635, free from all liens and encumbrances, in
    favor of any person or entity.
