Certain stative verbs can be used in progressive tenses when they express

Present Perfect Simple tense
use
- for actions which happened in the past, but the exact time is not
mentioned. لألحداث التي حدثت في الماضي وال نعلم متى حدثت
I've already done that.
- for actions which started in the past and continue up to the present
