GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENT


1. Sino hydro Internal Permit to Work
2. Sino hydro HSE orientation for all employees
3. PPE as per Project Standard.
4. MDSD for Materials (cement and insulation materials)
5. Daily TBT before starting the activities.
6. Adequate supervision and HSSE coverage.
7. Strictly no smoking. Smoking only in designated area.
8. For Emergency – First Aiders at Site and Emergency Number Displayed.
9. Welfare - Drinking Water, Food & Rest & Smoking Shelter, and Porta Toilet & Transport available.

DESCRIPTION OF TASK: Erection of Structural Steel


Work Location: TCF, LAYDOWN AREA
SCOPE OF WORK:
This method statement defines the scope of work for erection of steel structure required the following equipment’s:
• Torque wrench.
• crane
• Man lift.
• Hammers and wrenches.
• Ladders, guy wires and tagline.
• Forklift.
• Truck
• Boom Truck
• Welding Machines
• Air Compressor
• Tower Lights
• Magnetic Drill
• Surveying Instrument.
