    government. It uses this money to take care of the fire station and the fire truck. The fire
    station has a problem. Last winter, a pipe in the fire station froze. Then it burst. Water went
    everywhere. There was a lot of damage. Now the building cannot be used. The fire station
    cannot be used until the damage is repaired. Repairing the damage will cost money. But the
    fire station does not have enough money. The people in town are nervous. They wonder what
