    A meeting of District VI Faculty Presidents was held virtually on November 10, 2023, at
    2:30–3:40 pm.

    A. Election of the District VI Faculty Association

    B. Preparation for the Year-End Party

    1. Venue: San Isidro Integrated School


    2. Date: December 12, 2023
    3. Time: 3:30–7:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m. as call time)
    4. Attire: casual with DIY artistic hats.
    5. Participants: All teaching and non-teaching staff, clerks, and utility workers
    6. Source of Fund: contribution of 500/permanent employee for dinner, pica-pica,
    prizes, and raffle items. The deadline for payment is November 16, 2023.
    7. Food: Ezequiel or Anne’s Catering Service
    8. Intermission Number: one per school
    9. Special Awards: Face of the Night, Best DIY Artistic Hat, Early Bird, Scholl with
    the highest delegation (percentage)
    10. Christmas Dance Presentation: one entry per school, 3–5-minute performance; all
    are required to participate except those with religious restrictions.
