    EXCERT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING LAST FEBRUARY 7,


    2023 AT THE STUDENT ACTIVITY CENTER.

    ”A RESOLUTION TO ACQUIRE FUNDS INTENTED FOR INTERNATIONAL


    TRAVELS BUDGET AMOUNTING TO 11,000 PESOS FOR YHE
    EXPENSES DURING VALENTINE’S DAY”

    WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government and Future Farmers of the


    Philippines-Collegiate Chapter necessitate to celebrate the essence of
    Valentine’s Day and engage students to different activities that could help
    them build deeper relationship express their love towards other students.

    WHEREAS, a well-thought and responsive action plan and adequate


    budgetary support and donations from the FFPCC will be necessary in
    implementation of the activities;

    WHEREAS, the foregoing SSG Officers need a budget to defray the


    necessary expenses of the said Valentine’s Day Celebration.

    WHEREAS, by the mass motion of the FFFPCC Officers duly assembled last
    February 20, 2023.

    BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the budget


    intended for international travels shall be appropriated and utilized for the
    expenses of the Valentine’s Day. This is also necessary so that the budget
    will suffice the expenses of the Valentine’s Day special activity.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution will be attached to the


    disbursement voucher for liquidation purpose.
