    Dear Mr.Gusti Putu,


    Thank you for choosing Fave Hotel Manahan Solo as your preffered hotel while staying in
    Solo. For your upcoming event, we are pleased to offer the following conditions:

    ROOM ACCOMODATION :
    Check In : 30 Juni 2022
    Check Out : 04 Juli 2022
    Jumlah Kamar : 16 Fave Room
    Jumlah Malam : 4 Malam
    Tipe Kamar : 16 Twin Bed
    Harga : Rp. 255.000,-/night ( Room Only )
    TOTAL : Rp. 16.320.000,-

    TERMS & CONDITIONS


    The above conditions valid for 1 (one) week from the date of the proposal. Upon
    confirmation, non-refundable deposit of 50% from the total estimated expenses is required.
    Full payment is required latest 1 (one) week before or after the event. Payment can be
    transferred through the account prior to informed you at Confirmation Letter.

    DEPOSIT & PAYMENT


    A non-refundable 20% deposit of total accomodation is required confirmation signed 2
    week before and rate balance wil be made 3 day date arrival. In an event that the deposit is
    not received in due time the hotel will release the room blocking and banquet arrangement
    back into general hotel inventory. Please send your deposit 50% to us.

    CANCELLATION
    1. Please note that deposit is not refundable is case of any cancellation made after the
    confirmation of the function.
    2. 75% from the total estimated cost will be charged as cancellation fee for any
    cancellation made 7 (seven) days to 3 (three) days before the event.
    3. 100% from the total estimated cost will be charged as cancellation fee for any
    cancellation made within 1 (one) day before the event.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. The company has to keep the area clean and tidy during the event, which include no
    nails / scotch tape on the wall and any other material that may damage the room and
    function area.
    2. The company assumes responsibility for any damages caused by their guests, invitees,
    staff, and other person attending the function, whether in the rooms reserved or in
    other.
    3. The hotel request no responsibility for any valuable personal belongings left in the
    function area un-manned. The entire participants are required to take care of their
    personal belongings.
