    be paid to the hotel by guest on check in/ check out.

    Hotel Policies

    Hotel Tariff Notes : Compulsory TTx ( Tourism Fee ) to be paid by guest directly to the hotel per room per night valid from 01st July 2017
    Onward. 5 Star Hotel : RM 20.00 per room/night; 4 Star Hotel : RM 10.00 per room/night; 3 Star Hotel : RM 5.00 per room/night. TTX will
    be applicable on all future as well as existing bookings. The Royal Malaysian Customs Department has recently announced the
    implementation framework of SST. Under the new SST law, Hotels are one of the taxable services which will attract a service tax. This
    tax will be an additional cost charged directly to the guest upon arrival and check in. Please note this is applied to all hotels in Malaysia
    from the 1st September 2018.
    DELUXE(Room 1): Rate Notes: Hotel Tariff Notes: Please be informed, with effect from 1 September 2017, the mandatory Tourism Tax
    RM10 will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to be paid by every staying guest at all hotels/service
    residences (foreign nationals). This is in addition to all prevailing fees, taxes & service charges. Tourism Tax is collected on behalf of the
    Ministry of Finance Malaysia and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department and it is mandatory by law (subject to change depending on
    implementation) Dear Valued Guests, Swimming Pool will be close for upgrading works From 5-12 January 2020. Apologies for any
    inconvenience caused.Thank you for your kind understanding. NOTE: Please note that the hotel will be permanently close starting 31
    Jan 2021. Hotel closed from 7th till 28th February 2021 due to Pandemic Covid-19.
