Activate Yourself in the Spirit Realm
Activate the Five Spiritual Senses - by Charlie Shamp
We are in the kingdom for a reason -- to give a harvest to Jesus, the reward for His sufferings.
God wants to open us up to the seer realm. God wants to open our ears to hear His voice. You
are one prayer away from activation. You have to ask. We should always be praying. Pray, "God
please, I want to see, to hear, to smell, to feel," "God please let me smell something." Get an
expectation to receive from God.
If you want to see in the spirit, read Revelations 4 and 5 over and over again because meditation
brings revelation and revelation brings manifestation.
With every sign given, direction is given. Signs and wonders point to Jesus.
When we sense His presence, we should be on our faces because the King just came in. If you
don't know Him, He is in love with you.
There is a good jealousy and a bad jealousy. When you see others who have more of God, it
should inspire you to want more, too. "God, I am going to position myself." Most encounters
come when worshipping God.
God said, "People who don't manifest are the watchmen."
People say that holy laughter is of the devil but when was the last time the devil made someone
feel joy. Even more is the fruit, like someone getting healed.

Activate Your Spiritual Senses - Praying Romans 6:13 - from the book, Open My Eyes,
Lord by Gary Oates
I encourage you to pray the prayer of Romans 6:13 daily and to yield the members of your body
(your five senses) to God.
This is not a formula to gain standing with God or to become more "spiritual" than others.
Rather, it is a daily reminder that I am choosing to live according to the Spirit and not the flesh.
I choose to die daily as Paul said.
Prayer for your eyes

Lord, right now, I give my eyes to You. Lord, given me Your eys. I want to see with Your eyes. I
want to see what You're doing in the earth, to see things from Your perspective, and to behold
Your beauty. Lord, give me spiritual eyes that see. Open the eyes of my spirit and that I might
see You instead of focusing on the things of this world. In Jesus' name. Amen!
Prayer for your ears

Lord, put a filter on my ears to filter out the noise of the world, anything not of You. Lord, give
me spiritual ears that hear. Give me ears that hear Your voice loud and clear. Give me discerning
ears. Lord, I give You my ears. In Jesus' name. Amen!
Prayer for your tongue

Lord, I give You my mouth. I want to speak Your words. I want my tongue to be an instrument of
righteousness in Jesus' Name. I give You my mouth, my tongue, my lips. I want to speak what I
hear the Spirit saying. Bring my mouth and words into agreement with You and what You say. In
Jesus' name. Amen!
Prayer for your nose

Lord, I give You my nose. I want to be so intimate with You...so close to You...that I can smell
Your sweet fragrance, Your perfume. Lord, I have had enough of smelling the stench of this
world. Let me smell the fragrant incense that surrounds the throne of God. Father, this member
of my body may seem insignificant to some, but I yield it to You. Lord, I give You my nose.
Prayer for your hands

Lord, I give You my hands that they may be used in serving You, to reach out to those in need,
that these hands will be laid on the sick and they will recover. Lord, I give You my hands. Now
give me Your hands. I want to touch only what You're touching. In Jesus' name. Amen!

Prayer for your feet

Lord, I give You my feet. I have had enough of walking my own way and veering off in this
direction and that. I have had enough of this tangent and following my own agenda. Lord, I ask
that You order my steps that I might be at the right place where You want me to be at the right
time You want me there. I'll go where You want me to go. Your Word says that a man's steps are
ordered or 'established' of the Lord, and I yield my feet to You that this Scripture (Psalm 37:23)
may be fulfilled in my life. I want to walk in Your ways. I want to be right in the center of Your
will. I only want to follow You...to walk with You. Lord, I give You my feet. In Jesus' name.
Amen!
Prayer for your heart

Lord, I give You my heart...my broken, wounded, hurting heart. I ask that You take my heart of
stone, these areas of my heart that have become so hardened against people and even against
You. Take the hardness away and give me a heart of compassion, a heart of love, a pure -
undivided heart, a heart for the lost, a heart for the hurting, needy and the destitute. I truly want
to experience Your heart, Lord. I give You my heart. In Jesus' name. Amen!
Prayer for your mind

I give my mind to You, Lord. I am choosing right now to set my mind on You. Lord, I pray to
have the mind of Christ operating in my life, a renewed mind that I might start thinking like You
do. Lord, I give You my mind. In Jesus' name. Amen!
Prayer for your whole person

Lord, I give You my whole person—spirit, soul and body. God, I give You my whole being. I
withhold nothing from You. Everything I have is Yours. Everything I am is Yours. I give it all to
You. I lay my life on the altar before You. I yield myself totally and completely to You. Not my
will but Your will be done in my life. I want More of You in my life. Less will not do. More is the
cry of my heart. Lord, I give You my whole person. In Jesus' name. Amen!

Activate Seeing in the Spirit - from the book, Open My Eyes, Lord by Gary Oates
Note: When this prayer has been prayed over God's people, many have had their eyes open to see in the Spirit.
More revelations, visions and dreams are common. Others have seen the ministry of angels. Some have had out of
body experiences and have been taken up into the Presence of the Lord. At times, it happens right away. For others,
it occurs weeks later. He can bring an impartation to every person who believes this message and is seeking Him
with his or her whole heart.
As I [Gary Oates] pray this Prayer of Impartation, expect to receive a touch from God. Expect the
Holy One to manifest Himself to you. Receive this prayer slowly and pause several times to
internalize it:

Activate God's Presence - from the book, Open My Eyes, Lord by Gary Oates
People describe His manifest Presence in different ways. To some, it is heat, electricity or
shaking. To others, it is lightness, peace or weeping.
Whatever His Presence means in your life, I urge you to experience that place in God every day.
It will transform your life. Let that quest become your highest priority in life. Long for His
Presence. The more you have it, the more you want it. Become jealous for His Presence.
What do you do in your time of seeking His Presence? There is not a formula for this, and varies
each time but the basic components are as follows:
First, go into a private room, lock the door and humble yourself before Him. (I get on the floor
before the Lord. It doesn't matter whether you sit or lie down. What's most important is the
attitude of your heart.)
Secondly, repent of any sin in your life and receive God's forgiveness.
Thirdly, worship the Lord in both English and tongues.
Fourthly, pray the prayer of Romans 6:13 (see above).
Finally, begin to recall experiences with the Lord, e.g. healings, miracles, provisions, etc, where
He has manifested Himself in wonderful ways. This creates more of an expectancy and
awareness of His Presence as I relive these times.
I tell the Lord: "God, I want more of You...More of You...More of Your Presence, More of Your
fullness in my life. Fill me with more of You..." I may repeat this statement many times as I wait
on the Lord and focus on Him. Then, I get quiet and that's when I begin to hear His voice. Often,
I begin to have visions and supernatural experiences.
The key here is learning to wait in solitude. I cannot over emphasize the important part of
waiting on the Lord until I experience His manifest Presence daily. I don't come out of that
private room until I have experienced His Presence.
As you desire to walk in a new level of intimacy with the Lord, I invite you to join with me in
praying this prayer out loud daily:
Prayer
Lord Jesus, I come now in Your holy Name...unite my heart to fear Your Name and to know
Your Presence. Lord, I want greater intimacy with You above everything else. I welcome Your
Presence to rule and reign in my life that You may be glorified.

Lord, I want to see You, I want to know You, and I want to have encounters with You. Help me,
God!

Lord, I want to know what You are doing. I want to hear what You are saying. I invite Your
presence; I invite Your Holt Spirit. Everything that You want to do, I want You to do it. I am just
presenting myself here before You.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I present myself to You. I choose for the God of encounters to visit
and transform me -- just as water transforms a dry, barren land into a green, fertile garden. This
day, I choose to take the noose of intimidation off my neck, and, in the name of Jesus, I reject
intimidation. In the name of Jesus, I renounce the spirit of intimidation -- whether it's in me or
coming against me. By the blood of the Lamb, I break the power of intimidation and the fear of

Lord, I ask you to release God encounters on me so that I can become changed by your presence.

Lord, I want to see You, I want to know You, and I want to have encounters with You. Help me,
God! Lord, I want to know what You are doing. I want to hear what You are saying. I invite Your
presence to be with me here tonight; I invite Your Holy Spirit here tonight; I invite Your power
and glory to manifest here tonight. Everything that You want to do, I want You to do it. I am just
presenting myself here before You. I surrender to You. Come and make me into the person You
desire me to be. Invade my unholy comfort zones with visitations of Your Presence. Send Your
Spirit now more powerfully than ever for Jesus Christ sake.

Lord, I want to fill up the treasure chest of my life with testimonies of Your power, intervention,
and great love. I agree with the Book of Daniel where it says, "The people that do know their God
shall be strong and do exploits." (Dan. 11:32). As I yield my life to You, do great and mighty
works in and through my life, in Jesus' wonderful name, amen!

Emotional Healing - Heal painful emotions and memories - by Praying Medic

Healing painful emotions usually requires you to go back to events in your life where you can
feel an emotion that is troubling you. Once you have accessed the memory of a particular event
and you feel the emotion associated with it, ask Jesus to come to you. If the emotion is sinful,
confess it as sin and ask Him to forgive you for it. State that you believe the Blood of Jesus has
taken away the penalty and consequences of your sin.
Identify the emotion you're feeling. Tell Jesus you want the emotion removed from your soul.
Ask Him to heal the wound in your soul caused by the emotion. Tell him you receive His healing.
An optional step is to ask Jesus to give you something positive to replace the negative emotion
that He removes. Example: Joy for sadness, peace for anger.
If the emotion is the result of a lie you believed about the situation, ask Him to show you the
truth about it.
When you are done, bring the memory of the painful event to your mind again. If the emotion
was healed, you should not be able to feel it any longer, but you may feel another negative
emotion. Keep repeating the process until you feel no negative emotions.
This process can be used on any memories that are associated with negative emotions.
Steps
1) Identify the painful emotion or memory associated with a particular event.
2) Confess the negative emotion to God as sin.
3) Ask Jesus to take the painful emotion from you - to remove the emotion from
your soul.
4) Optionally, ask Jesus to give you something in return for the negative emotion,
peace for anger, joy for sadness, etc.
5) Ask Jesus to heal the wound in your soul caused by the negative emotion and
tell Him that you receive the healing.

Activate Self-Travail or Holy Laughter for Inner Healing -- adapted from the book
Laugh and Cry Your Way to Freedom by John R. Chappell, III
Note: Self-travail, the travailing for one's own rejection, hurts, sins or other needs, is the key to rapid, life-
transforming inner healing and deliverance — the work of inner sanctification. Such travail is not a cry of self-pity,
but an opening of inner wounds to let the poisons of abuse, bitterness and rejection out so that we can be set free
and be healed.
Holy laughter works. It gets rid of fear and unbelief and produces faith. Laughter will release forgiveness, rid you of
bitterness, and bring inner healing into your life... Holy laughter will help release deep forgiveness in your life so
you can be free from the emotional pain of hurts and be free to live at a new level of love, joy and peace.
When we are persecuted, disappointed, hurt or rejected, we must often force ourselves to praise the Lord. We trust
Him to know what is best for us, and we make a decision to praise Him, even when our flesh is fighting it. That is
what we mean by "priming the pump." It works because God always anoints what he commands us to do.
Pray with this attitude: "Here I am, Lord. Do whatever it takes to set me free. If I have to laugh, if I have to
scream, if I have to dance or jump, Lord, I will do it. I must get set free! I want all You have for my life! Here I am,
Lord. Do whatever needs to be done. I'm willing to look foolish. I'm determined to be set free. Thank you!"
Activation: Get alone and bring your torment, your rage, and your hurts to the Lord. Pray
loudly in tongues, shout in tongues, and then, by faith, say 'Hee, hee, ha, ha, ho, ho!' and let the
laughter and the screams come."
When you are feeling discouraged or have hurts that need healing...
1) Close your eyes and force yourself to raise your head.

2) Then praise the Lord in tongues or English for a minute or two.
3) Then say, "Hee, hee, ha, ha, ho, ho!" and repeat it several times.
If you cooperate with the Holy Spirit, this will usually release a flow of holy laughter. If that
doesn't work, try saying, "Ho, ha, hee, hee" or "ho, ho, hee, hee, ha, ha!" to "prime the pump."
The key is to focus on your emotional pain, pray loudly in tongues, and then say, "Hee, hee, ha,
ha, ho, ho" several times.
Even one or two weeks of fifteen to thirty minutes daily of deep self-travail or holy laughter can
have life-changing results for you.
1) Continue shouting in tongues for about two or three minutes until self-travail comes.
2) If self-travail does not come quickly, then ask the Lord for holy laughter for your hurts.
3) In Jesus' name, through spiritual warfare, break the power of generational curses
(generational iniquity) unto the third and fourth generation in your family line. Pray through!
Pray through until you know you have victory over the generational area.
4) Follow these steps for at least two or three times a week for several weeks!
5) Feed much on the Word of God, the Bible, renewing your mind from being partially
negative to being positive.

How to Receive the Baptism in the Holy Spirit - from the book Laugh and Cry Your
Way to Freedom by John R. Chappell, III
You receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit by faith — as follows: (It is extremely helpful to have a
Spirit-filled Christian "lay hands" on you as you pray):
1. Raise your head VERY high, and lift up your hands (with your eyes closed). This
position may be difficult and seem unnatural at first because it makes you feel defenseless.
However, it is a powerful way of opening your spirit to God.
2. With your eyes closed, rapidly speak out loudly (shouting is best) "I love You,
Jesus" for about a minute — just one minute.
Be sure it is very loud. This loudness helps to "open" your spirit to the Lord. It also helps to
break an inner vow to be quiet, to suppress one's emotions — a vow most of us have made! When
you pray in tongues (or in English), picture Jesus as standing in front of you. He is there, for He
said that He would never leave us nor forsake us. Don't pray to the air or to the walls, but to God
through Jesus. With this one minute of praise, you will usually begin to feel the presence of the
Lord, for God lives in the midst of the praises of His people.
3. After about one minute of shouting "I love You, Jesus," stop English totally.
Then by faith, immediately start speaking words or syllables you don't understand. You can do
it. Don't speak one more word of English. But you must open your mouth and speak words you
don't understand. Speak these strange sounds, these unknown words, loudly. As you do this, you
are beginning to speak in tongues.
The Holy Spirit won't force you to speak in tongues. By faith, you must speak those words. God
will give you what you are asking for — the gift of tongues. You may think you are making it up,
but those strange sounds are words from God. They are "bread" and not "a stone," "fish" and not
"a serpent" (Luke 11:11-13). Keep speaking in tongues for at least fifteen minutes. One or two
hours would be better! The longer you speak, the deeper the experience will be.
4. Step out in faith and speak or sing in a second language and then a third.
You can speak or sing in "divers [many] kinds of tongues" — not just one (1 Corinthians 12:10).
Praying in many new tongues will immensely deepen your experience.
5. Be sure to speak and sing in tongues every day, preferably at least thirty minutes
a day.
6. Try shouting in tongues for thirty minutes each day for three days, and see what
God will do for you.

Activate the Glory - from the book Glory Invasion by David Herzog
We need to get on our faces and cry out for a whole new visitation of glory as the apostles did
and pray for the new glory to be accompanied with signs, wonders, and miracles, as Jesus
promised it would be.
...[these prophets] these men of God immersed themselves in the Spirit or Glory of God and then
they spoke, prophesied, or declared what God told them to speak.
...
The first invisible thing God sent was His own Spirit or Glory upon the earth. The first
ingredient is the Glory. Once you are in a glory zone anything is possible. God used His own
Spirit as the first major ingredient that is not visible. The next ingredient is sound: "Then God
said, 'Let there be light'; and there was light" (Gen. 1:3). Suddenly, God Almighty the Creator
spoke—BANG!—greater than a sonic boom ripping across time and space. This is the real "Big
Bang" theory—God spoke and bang!
When you are in the glory zone and speak out what God is telling or showing you, things will
start to be created at that moment.
There is a difference between saying words flippantly as opposed to prophetically declaring with
conviction those same words when you are in a zone or atmosphere of His glory. He is the
Creator, so if you follow the same pattern of waiting for His glory to come and then speak out
what He is saying, the same things will follow.
Prophetically declaring the new thing God has shown us is the first step. Without taking
this initial step of obedience, the other steps are in vain.
When we declare something under the direction of God, that thing is being created as we declare
it. Just as when God declared in Genesis 1:3, "Let there be light," instantly there was light. The
lack of prophetic declaration hinders the creation and birthing of those things into existence.
This is why we cannot do without the prophetic.
After declaring the word, sometimes we must also enter into prayer or intercession as
Elijah did. He got down and put himself into a birthing position and prayed until it came (see 1
Kings 18:42). The prophecy was what gave life to it and the intercession caused it to grow until
birth.
The final step was when he started to look for the prophecy. He told his servant to look
until he saw something. Once you declare and pray through, you must simply enter into it. He
looked seven times until he saw the "sign"—a cloud the size of a man's hand, and then Elijah ran.

Praise ... until the spirit of worship comes.

Worship ... until the glory comes.
Then ... stand in the glory!
God said, "I will teach you by My Spirit how to praise Me." He likes more of it, and likes it loud.
The Lord said to me, "If you want to feed a nation, and if you want to feed a triple portion, you
must dance." ... dancing brings an anointing. Let God give you an anointing for dancing.
The lifting up of the hands is one of the most powerful praise ministries we have. It is just as
powerful as dancing.
You need that anointing to flow through you every day. Dancing brings that anointing.
Sometimes we don't need to declare anything. We just need to stand with our hands uplifted.
That very standing in the presence of God with our arms raised is, in itself, a very powerful
declaration.
Another aspect of praise that is so powerful and which we need to use more and more is singing.
There are so many ways to sing unto the Lord. There are songs of love, songs of rejoicing and
thanksgiving, songs of petition, and many others.
When the anointing falls on a particular song, stay with it until you get to the top. It's not the
song that's important, it's the anointing. Be conscious that you are ascending the mountain of
the Lord. Don't stop praising till you get to 'the holy place.'
He is seeking worshipers. If you want to live in the glory realm, you must be a worshiper. You
must worship Him more.
Worship helps us to get rid of a lot of life's spiritual and natural frustrations. Through worship
God brings to us a wholeness of body, mind and spirit. God is refining our understanding of true
worship. True worship comes from the heart, in love and adoration unto the Lord
He is willing to teach us by His Spirit how to be worshipers. He is willing to let His Spirit move
upon us to enlarge us more and more so that what we offer Him is acceptable in His sight.
Prayer: Lord, create praise within me. And give me a spirit of worship. Give me something to
pour out, Lord, and I will pour it out for You. In Jesus' name.

Let's purpose to know more about God's angels so we can expect their help and not be afraid

are, what they are, and when and how they function. We need to understand how we can

A Prime Way to Activate Angels: Psalm 103:20 says, "Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in
strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word." Did you notice the
scripture does not say that angels hearken to God's voice? Although I'm sure they do, the
scripture specifically says that angels hearken to the voice of God's Word.
Every time you make a bold declaration from God's Word in faith, angels take off to hearken to
the voice of that Word and bring that Word to pass in your life.
The Bible says when you open your mouth and give voice to God's Word, then—and only then—
angels will get busy on your behalf. "What happens if I don't say anything?" Nothing! "What
happens if I say something inspirational, but I don't speak the Word?" Nothing at all happens.
The Bible says angels hearken to the voice of God's Word—not just any word.
Every time you give voice to the Word of God, angels grab those words and run out to get busy.
Your words load your angel with ammunition to help you. Every single time you speak God's
Word, you can bank on the fact that angels just went to work in your behalf.
Prayer activates angels. Another important avenue to activate angels and get them working in
your life is prayer. Your prayers open the door for angels to get busy helping you. Being a person
of prayer and walking in the supernatural always go hand in hand. Being a person of prayer
activates angelic activity. The goal isn't to pray for angels or to pray for God to send angels—the
goal is to pray that the job gets done. How it gets done is up to God.

Be aware that the seer anointing is not something to take lightly. It is a weightier thing, because
when God opens your eyes to see or discern angels or demons, there is a purpose for it—for you
to recreate Christ in your sphere of influence.
Ask the Lord to do this in you: "Lord, fill me with all in all according to Ephesians 1:16-18." I
encourage you to pray the whole prayer from Ephesians 1:16-23 over your spirit, soul, and body
every day when you rise up and lie down for the rest of your life. Your triune nature—spirit, soul,

under the anointing, by resting in God's tangible glory, or by reading or hearing testimonies of

How can you develop this ability and begin to experience visions and trances? When you invite
the Holy Spirit to conduct that process within you, it will lead you into God given visions and

Prophetic Training 101 - Activation Exercises - how to "see", "hear", "feel"
Dear Lord, in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ, I come before your throne. I believe that
Christ lives within me, and that I am washed by the blood. Not in part, but in my whole being. I
now bring every thought of my mind and soul into captivity to the mind of Christ within. I will
be open to be led by the Holy Spirit to receive a prophetic word from You for my partner. I will
gladly share just what you show me, without adding my own interpretation to it. I will not doubt
it nor question it, I'll just be willing to give it. I am a believer, and I expect to receive. I thank You
for giving me a thought from the throne. Amen.
Prophetic - Increasing the Seer Anointing by Restoration Place Ministries
Take a scripture verse and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal this to you in vision form. Let me suggest
the following one because it is a verse that describes scenery. Look up John 5 and read verses 1-
5. Now ask the Holy Spirit to give you a picture in your mind that matches this scene. Quiet
yourself and began to receive that scenes details.
Do this with other scenes until you can quickly receive what the Holy Spirit is giving you. Now go
to a verse such as Daniel 10 : 5,6 or Acts 10 :11 -16 or others. Ask the Holy Spirit to show what
these visions looked like. Receive what He gives you. Next ask the Holy Spirit to reveal Jesus
Christ to you and then the Heavenly Father and then His Plans for you. Ask Him to show you
what He wants you to do and say and how to walk with Him.
You will increase in this as you exercise your spirit eyes within and rely upon the Holy Spirit.

Activation for Seeing the Angelic by Sarah Jean Cobb
Eyes are gifts from God. God gives us eyes to see. If you look up the word, 'gift' in the dictionary,
you will see that it means a thing given willingly to someone without payment. God has given
you the gift to see, He has given all of us eyes to see willingly, because He wants us to have them,
without any payment required.
If you do these five steps, it is very likely that you will see an angel. Don't let doubt come in.
Don't let doubt that you can't see or that it isn't for you come in; remember that God has
willingly given you eyes to see, because He wants you to be able to, and that you can 'see' with all
five of your spiritual senses (sight, touch, smell, taste, & hearing). Pay attention to every single
one of them, and pay attention to what God is doing.
Pause between steps and wait expectantly to experience each one before moving on to the next.
Step 1: Relax, and pray this out loud: Lord God, please come and be in this room, you and your
angels. I welcome you and your holy angels here now! You are welcome here. I welcome you to
come talk to me. I welcome you to come be with me. I welcome you angels to just come and
bring me closer to God. I welcome you to come right now. Holy Spirit, come and just be in this
room. Blow through this room right now Holy Spirit, in Jesus' name.
Step 2: Pray: God, where is an angel in the room?
You should just get a sense, or an idea, or a feeling as to where one is. Pay attention to all five of
your spiritual senses right now. Know that there are so many angels in the room right now for
you to see, if you will just pay attention.
Step 3: Pray: God, in Jesus' name, what does the angel look like?
You could just 'see' one detail or just feel one thing. Go with whatever God shows you. Just keep
looking and looking.
Step 4: Pray: God, in Jesus' name, show me more. Keep showing me more and more.
In Luke 11:9, Jesus said, "Ask, and it will be given to you." In some translations, that verse says
to keep on asking.
Step 5: Ask the angel to tell you what their name is.
In Judges 13:18, when an angel is talking to someone, it says, "Why do you ask my name? It is
too wonderful for you to understand." So just ask the angel what their name is, and if you hear a
weird word or a phrase that sounds foreign to you, just go with it.

Step 6: Ask the angel, "Why are you here today? What are you here to do? Is there a particular
thing that you're here to do, is there something that you're bringing into the room, is there
something that you carry from God, is there a message? What are you here to say?"
Remember, it is possible that they aren't there to do anything. It could be that they heard that
you wanted to see, and so they wanted to show up.
Keep doing these steps! Keep practicing! They activate your eyes and train them to pick up that
stuff. Annoy the enemy by never giving up! Be persistent, because God has given you eyes to see,
and because He wants you to see. He wants you to encounter Him, and to be able to see just how
real He is and how much He loves you!
How to See in the Spirit Method by Blake Healy from his book “The Veil”
1) Close your eyes and ask the Holy Spirit where to look.
You may hear a specific direction. You might suddenly picture a place in your mind. You may
just get a vague impression towards a certain area. Typically, when the Holy Spirit wants to show
me something, I'll feel a gently tugging sensation. Like my equilibrium is suddenly tipping in a
certain direction. This part will vary from person to person. If for whatever reason, you can't get
a clear sense, just pick a likely spot. Its better to try and fail then to get all tangled in the details.
2) Open your eyes look at the spot, and ask Holy Spirit to show you what's there.
You may instantly see an angel with your physical eye. I'd be lying if I said it happens all the
time, but I have seen some pretty hilarious facial expressions on those occasions. Many people
see a ripple in the air like the heat distortion that comes off the asphalt on a hot summer day.
Some see a brief flash or a streak of light. Typically I will see a glowing mass or an indistinct
shaped, detail coming as I focus on it. Though sometimes it's all immediately clear the moment I
look. If you don't see anything then look for it the same way you would an answer from the Holy
Spirit or a prophetic word. A picture may come to mind or a sentence. Even an impression of joy
or peace can be an indication of what occupies that space.
3) Ask Holy Spirit to explain what you're seeing.
You're probably not going to get a nature-style documentary explaining the peculiar behaviors
and unique physiology of angelic being you see but I have found that the Holy Spirit is always
excited to share about the inner workings of His kingdom. This, I feel, is the most important step
in the process. It prevents seeing from being a real novelty and helps make it a method of
deepening your relationship with God.
Conclusion: I recommend using this exercise, or whatever method you've invented for yourself,
as often as possible. When you're sitting on the bus, waiting at an airport, stuck in heavy traffic,
or sitting in the middle of worship-the spirit world is always alive and active. Every person I

know who has pursued this gift consistently, and made regular attempts at looking, has steadily
grown in seeing in the spirit.
Receive the love of Jesus by Josh Murphy
So if you want to drink, just look to Jesus and say, "I want all that You have for me! I'm
drinking of Your love! More!" And as you turn your affections towards Him, He will encounter
you. Don't feel anything? Just hold on, it's coming! You might begin to feel the pleasure right
away or you may not, but He will come.
Release the Peace of God by Lisa Fulton
Focus on the love of the Father, as it opens the door for the Holy Spirit to flow through you. Ask
Jesus to fill you with His Peace. Relax, take a deep breath in, and declare to release His Peace on
exhale. As you breathe, thank Him, inhale more, exhale Peace until you feel the breaking in the
atmosphere.
Soak in the Presence of God -- More intimacy with the Lord
1) You must make time for God. Intentionally set the time aside. Pick a time and insist on giving
it to Him. Pray something like, "Father, I dedicate this time to You.
2) You must set your intention. Intentionally consecrate your time, your space, your intentions,
your music and yourself to the Lord. Pray something like, "Lord, I consecrate this time, this
space, this music and myself to You. Let me experience You."
3) You must expect Him to come. Pray something like, "Father, I fully expect You to show up."
4) You must let the Spirit lead, guide and direct you. You should find a way to "activate" yourself,
like using prayer, decrees, the shofar (find a trumpet blast audio), and worship music. Select
anointed music -- music that, for you, take you into His presence. The trumpet blast and music
will change the atmosphere and bring the presence of God.
5) You must give Him undivided attention. Do not allow yourself to even focus on how you feel.
6) You must stay focused on Him. Do not allow yourself to be distracted in any way. If your
thoughts drift, bring them back to Him. If something interrupts, go back to Him as soon as
possible.
7) Stay in His presence until He is done. Do not decide to find something else to do while He is
present.

Recap... Turn on some anointed soaking music. If you have a shofar or audio of one, blast it!
Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Pray, "Father, I dedicate this time, place and myself
to you. I invite You and Your angels to come and fellowship with me. Remove all barriers to our
intimacy, and let me experience Your tangible presence now. I want to see You! I want to hear
You! I want to smell You! I want to experience You as fully as I can! I welcome you! Thank you
for coming. I honor You and bless You!" Then close your eyes, take some deep breaths and relax.
Listen to the music and wait for the Lord to show up. Simply allow the Lord to come and
minister to you. Do not try to analyze anything or make anything happen. Simply focus on Him.
For an added benefit, step through the veil into the spirit and soak in the River of Life while you
wait on the Lord to come. Feel the water flowing around you, past you, through you. Feel how
warm it is. Feel and smell the air. Listen to the sounds of the water. Drink in the moment as you
wait for the Lord.
Soak in His Presence by Josh Murphy
Ask the Lord for a picture of Him, whether Him standing in the room, Him on the throne, or
anything. And then I sit there as still as I can and I meditate on that picture, and if it changes I
go with that.
Activate Your Ability to See in the Spirit
Ask the Lord to open your eyes. "Lord, open my eyes to see the supernatural. Open my eyes to
see Your glory." Something along these lines in your own words, from your heart. Since you
prayed, believe you received. Simply pay attention to what comes to mind, to what you see in
your mind or with your natural eyes, to what you hear in your heart or with you natural ears, to
what you sense or feel.
What you can experience is limitless, but here are some examples of what you may experience:
Sparkles of glitter, silver or gold, floating or falling.
A mist or cloud of any color.
A warm, very bright light of any color, unusually white or gold.
Gold dust on your body, usually your hands, but it can be anywhere.
Colorful, wavy ribbons that move in the atmosphere, often accompanying music.
Flashes or streaks of light or color.

Open Heavens
You open the heavens over you through decrees, anointed music, prayer, raising holy hands and
calling for Abba to bring it down. Pull it down over you, over and over and over, knowing it is
manifest in the atmosphere of praise and worship. You can decree it over it. Whatever you
decree really happens in the spirit realm.
Receiving Gemstones
Approach 1
Use the soaking process mentioned above to focus on the Lord but step into the River of Life and
soak in it:
Turn on anointed soaking worship music.
Pray an activation prayer, something like, "Father, thank You for this time with You in the spirit.
Thank You for allowing me to soak in Your Holy Spirit and get clean. Thank You for manifesting
in the natural all that You want me to have. I recognize that I am a conduit of Your life and love.
I shall see rivers of Living Water flow out of me. I pray that as I soak in Your river, in Your
gemstone Living Water, I would see the gemstones coming out of me too. Thank You Father!"
Step into the spirit and "soak" in the River of Life. Simply sit in the water and listen to the music.
Let it take you into the presence of God. See and feel the water cleansing you and healing you.
See yourself become a conduit for the Living Water. See and feel the Living Water flow around
you, through you and then out of you. Stay there until it happens.
Approach 2
When I receive a special gemstone in the spirit, I asked the Lord how to manifest it on earth. He
said, "Give it away!" I thought, "Give it away?" I was sad but obeyed. As I gave it away to
someone in the spirit, three more appeared in its place. I felt led to give each one of them away
too and three more appeared in place of each one of them. I ended up with nine. They never
manifested, but a time came when a friend had lost a gemstone he received from the Lord and so
I felt led to give all nine of my gemstones away in the spirit to manifest his on earth, so I traded
them on the Sea of Glass for him to have the one he lost replaced. As of the writing of this, I am
waiting for them to manifest on earth, but this is what the Lord showed me to do, so step into
the spirit and begin to go to people in the spirit or to their homes and give them gemstones.
Involve the angels too. Have them give people your gemstones. Simply put them in places where
the people would find them or even put them in their hands or on their bodies. Focus on them
receiving it. Focus on being thankful. Praise the Lord. Know that as you give you receive.
Expectation manifestation.
