    1. Responsible for providing direction and the implementation of all
    necessary food safety and quality program to ensure the safety,
    quality and regulatory compliance of company including ISO, FSSC,
    BPOM, Halal, Kosher, and Customer requirement
    2. Oversee the development, implementation, maintenance and
    review of the food safety fundamentals/plan and the company
    expectation.
    3. Manage food safety, quality incidents and non-conformances at the
    sites while working closely with all departments cross-functionally
    to collaboratively identify, root cause and solve quality
    opportunities and aid developing processes to prevent recurrence
    4. Handling customer complaint, manage & verification the correction

    5. Provide internal training and socialization about ISO, FSSC, HACCP,
