RELATED TO ABOVE-TITLED WRIT PETITION
Respectfully Sheweth:-
1. That the petitioner/applicant filed the above-
titled writ petition before this Honorable
Court, which was last fixed for 15-12-2023, and
later on, the case has not been fixed so far.
2. That the person namely Karamat Ali son of

Ghulam Qadir sold his whole share 1/14 i.e.
14-Kanal & 01-Marla falling in khewat No. 325
previous and 423 present within the revenue

estate of Mouza Lakhodher, Tehsil Shalimar,

District Lahore vide mutation No. 4278 dated
30-08-1984 and have no more ownership or
share in said khewat.
 Copy of said mutation is enclosed
herewith for the kind perusal of this
Honorable Court as Annexure-A.
3. That at the time of preparation of periodic

Misal-Haqiat/Jamabandi 2014-15, said
Karamat Ali again declared bogus owner of
land measuring 02-Kanal, 11-Marla and 63-
Sq.Ft in said khewat No. 423.
 Copy of said Jamabandi is enclosed

4. That regarding said bogus ownership, first

mutation No. 4293 dated 12-11-2018 was
sanctioned with the connivance of revenue
staff in favor of Muhammad Ramzan son of
Channan Din, but after the pursuing the matter
by the petitioner, said mutation No. 4293 was
recalled/canceled.

5. That after cancellation of above-mentioned

mutation No. 4293 and the lapse of about one
and half years, through Rapt-Roznamcha No.
1215 dated 27-07-2020, regarding inheritance of

said fake and bogus ownership, mutation No.

5945 was mentioned in said Rapt-Roznamcha.
 Copy of said Rapt-Roznamcha is enclosed
Honorable Court as Annexure-D.
6. That without the approval of the said mutation

No. 5945, in respect of the said mutation No.
5945, as per Rapt-Roznamcha No. 1217 dated
28-07-2020, a Fard-Bay was issued to the
beneficiaries.
7. That on 15-06-2021 the inheritance mutation

No. 5945 was sanctioned by the revenue officer
regarding the said fake & bogus ownership.

8. That based on the said mutation No. 5945 and

the said Fard-Bay, the Sub-Registrar Office staff
with the connivance of beneficiaries passed a
sale deed bearing Document No. 10293, Book
No. 1, Volume No. 3583 dated 21-10-2020.
 Copy of said sale deed is enclosed

9. That regarding the said sale deed and mutation

No. 5945, third time fake and bogus mutation
No. 7451 dated 27-12-2021 was sanctioned by
the revenue staff.

10. That after the occurrence of said whole fraud

and regarding the said bogus and fake
documents, the petitioner filed an application
dated 19-06-2023 before respondent No. 1
11. That if the application in hand is not accepted

and the grievance of the petitioner is not
redressed, the petitioner will be bound to
suffer an irreparable loss and injury.

It is most humbly submitted
before this Conscientious and Honorable
Court that while allowing the instant
application, the annexed documents may be
read and considered as part of the main
writ petition of the petitioner in the highest
interest of justice.
Any other relief which this
Honorable Court deems fit and appropriate
