STUNA 2023
STUNA stands as the flagship annual initiative of NIPM India, annually rotating among
different chapters. This year, the Mysore chapter is honored to be entrusted with this
responsibility. In collaboration with the University of Mysore (Department of Studies in
Social Work), our aim is to curate an impactful and enlightening experience for emerging
Human Resource Professionals.
Our core theme revolves around the preparation of leaders for the challenges presented by
the 21st century. Sub-themes include essential knowledge, skills, and values for future
leaders, the future of work, digital HR, start-ups, the gig economy, a multidisciplinary
approach encompassing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics (STEAM),
and sustainable HR practices.
The organizing committee of NIPM Mysore Chapter cordially invites you to the national
conference on "Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders - For 21st Century Knowledge Era" on
December 15, 2023, in the Heritage City of Mysuru, India. Due to limited capacity, early
