STUNA stands as the flagship annual initiative of NIPM India, annually rotating among
different chapters. This year, the Mysore chapter is honored to be entrusted with this
responsibility. In collaboration with the University of Mysore (Department of Studies in
Social Work), our aim is to curate an impactful and enlightening experience for emerging
Human Resource Professionals.
Our core theme revolves around the preparation of leaders for the challenges presented by
the 21st century. Sub-themes include essential knowledge, skills, and values for future
leaders, the future of work, digital HR, start-ups, the gig economy, a multidisciplinary
approach encompassing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics (STEAM),
and sustainable HR practices.
We strongly encourage active participation in sessions, engaging with our esteemed

The organizing committee of NIPM Mysore Chapter cordially invites you to the national

ABOUT NIPM
The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), headquartered in Kolkata, was established in 1980
and serves as the central body for HR professionals. It is renowned as the leading institute in India for
individuals involved in personnel management, industrial relations, labor welfare, and human resource
development. NIPM, a professional and non-profit institution, boasts a membership of over 10,000 spread
across 55 chapters across the country. NIPM is a member of Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource
Management (APFHRM) which is a member of World Federation of People Management Associations.
The NIPM Mysore chapter, formed in 1983 by HR professionals, scholars, and experts from various
industries, educational institutions, and organizations, actively organizes insightful workshops, talks, and
conferences for the benefit of its members and students. Emphasizing the dignity of individuals in the
workplace and their relationships within organizations, NIPM is dedicated to fostering professionalism in
personnel management across all tiers, continuously striving to enhance skills and uphold professional
