    E7018 Electrode - STABLEARC 18

    For High Tensile Steel

    STABLEARC 18 is a low-hydrogen electrode with High deposition for mild


    steel and 490MPa high tensile steel offering outstanding performance in
    ALL POSITION welding on both AC and DC welding currents. It also contain
    a relatively high percentage of iron powder added into the coating which
    gives higher productivity.

    Characteristics:

    ● The controlled C-Mn weld deposit weld deposit chemistry gives excellent
    low temperature toughness down to -20C in the as welded and stress
    relieved condition.
    ● Good operator appeal , quite arc, minimal spatter, and easy restrike
    capabilities.
    ● Easy slag removal and controlled weld puddle that allow outstanding
    ease when welding in either vertical or overhead position.
