    All the information that we have used here were accomplished by visiting hospital of shohadaa al aqsa in deir al balaah city, we have been given these information by people whos in charge of the public relation department

    Problem Definition
    This hospital use paper work not computerize solution to manage the huge amount of data. So its not so easy to find when someone visits the hospital in the past and why, also you cant connect with other hospital to request a file for patient that was in that hospital . Beside that you need to be full connected to blood bank to get the right type in the right time. Lets say that you have a full file about your patient so all you need to see whats her/his blood is and request it without the need for check whats blood type is and waste more time. All the modern hospitals now a day use computerized approach for managing the patients records making it easy to connect with other hospital or government and important factor managing its employee informations.

    Motivation
    Paper approach may be difficult ; a paper may got lost or gone and have important information and the backup of papers is almost impossible. The search in the archive is time wasting and we may get useful of that time instead of searching. So we will introduce a computer approach to manage the hospital system.

    Requirement(Analysis)
    First of all, the hospital consists of many departments beside the hospital employees that works on the hospital. The employees consist of doctors, nurses, and stuff which also consist of maintainers, cleaners and security beside them we have the ambulance drivers who may works for other hospitals too. When the patient comes to the hospital s/he will be directed to the emergency department and then s/he got a unique number which is entry ticket number then the emergency department sends them to the right department of the hospital. Every hospital department has a doctor who is in charge of that department. Hospital director is in charge of the hospital and must get access to all information. The ambulances that are available not all of them owned by the hospital but they are shared with others hospital. Each department has a number of rooms and a number of beds on them. The employees works by two shift time system. When the employee comes to work they must signature with the time they come every day. The visiting system has a schedule the first is midday period which start from 12 pm to 1 am and afternoon period which starts from 5 pm to 6.5 pm. Finally the departments of the hospital are:

    1. Each department has manager(doctor ) and a number of doctors and nurses of work in it also has a name, number . 2. The employees is mainly divided into doctors, nurses and stuff which also divided into security, drivers and maintains. 3. The patients has a bed, room and doctors and nurse how all together are available for the patient.
