Job Offer Letter.
Congratulations!!!
This refers to the discussions and the subsequent interview you had with our Client. We are
pleased to share with you that you have been selected as Mechanical Engineer to work with our
client ESSAR Projects (India) Ltd. at their works at Vadinar, Jamnagar, Gujarat on contract
basis for 30 to 45 days extended/reduced as per the project requirement.
1. Gross Salary: Your gross compensation / remuneration / professional fees for this
engagement will be Rs.800/- per day All Inclusive for 12 hours shift-Day/Night / on pro-
rata basis.
In addition to your salary, Rs. 200 per day shall be paid as HRA & Local Conveyance
Allowance. Candidates will have to arrange their own food (Tiffins). There is a provision for
Lunch at ESSAR Oil Canteen on chargeable basis.
PF, PT, and TDS will be deducted as per Govt. rules & deposited in Govt. Dept.
2. Work Ethics & Discipline:

During the course of your employment, you shall observe strict discipline at work and
shall not indulge in any activities directly or indirectly detrimental to our interest or
to the interest of our client. You will be reporting to your Engineer-in-charge at our
client’s work place for day-to-day instructions/assignments. In case of any technical
incompetency found, you shall be terminated and replaced with immediate effect.
3. Work Timing: Your workday and hours will be scheduled in line with our client’s workday
and hours. You will undertake to perform normal duty expected of you during course of your
deputation. Standard work timing is 12 hours per day. Weekly off shall be given in staggered
way as per EIC instruction during shutdown period.
4. PPE’s: One Coverall, Helmet & goggles shall be provided to you during the Shutdown
Activity. Candidates shall arrange their own good quality Safety shoes, medical fitness
certificate as per client requirements & Police clearance certificate/Passport Copy before
reporting on duty. In case any candidate is found violating the Safety Norms specified by the
Client, he shall be penalized with an amount specified by the Client.
5. Joining Formalities: Before joining you have to complete all joining formalities and submit
the following documents to avoid any delay in your joining and salary process;
a. Induction Form with Personal & Bank Details, Address & ID Proof (*PAN Card)
b. PF Nomination Form & 3 No’s passport size photograph
c. Qualification Certificates & Relieving letter from your Present & Past
Employers.
d. Recent Salary Certificate (Pay Slips)
e. Medical Fitness & Police Verification Certificate as per Client Requirements.
f. Mobile Phone without camera along with Vodafone Sim Card.
6. Notice Period: You shall not leave the Shutdown project midway. In case you discontinue on
your own without giving advance notice of 15 days, up to 15 days compensation will be
deducted from your payment as penalty. In the event of breach of contract or manifest failure
by you, Bonace shall be entitled to terminate the contract/agreement without prior notice or

summons to perform, by a simple letter / email without indemnity being due to you. Bonace
reserves the right to terminate the contract at any point of time with immediate effect, if
 Your performance/behavior is not found up to the expectation of our Client.
 You remain absent from duty without proper approval from Site In Charge/Seniors.
 Your conduct with your colleagues and supervisors and others at project site not
satisfactory as decided by Site In Charge.
 In case, you are found to have consumed Alcohol/Drugs during working hours.
7. Site Clearance:
 At the time of demobilization / leaving the job, you will obtain the site clearance
certificate, return all our PPE’s, equipment’s, I cards, etc and submit to us before the final
payment of your dues.
 You will have to return back all Identity cards/gate passes. In case of failure to return the
same penalty as levied by Client / Bonace shall be recovered.
8. Deduction:
 Employee Provident Fund: Contract Employee’s contribution @12% of Basic monthly
salary would be deducted & Employer would pay an equivalent amount for depositing
with EPF authority. However in case you submit Form 11, PF shall not be deducted after
due concurrence / approval from the Client (Essar)
 Taxes: All taxes and statutory dues will be payable by you and will be deducted from
your monthly dues at effective rates for the time being in force and at rates as may be
made effective from time to time by the authorities.
9. Payment: The deputation charges due to you for the work done will be made by cheque only
on or before 10th day of the following month by direct transfer to HDFC/SBI/ICICI/PNB.
Provided you have furnished your duly completed and authenticated time sheet for the
concerned month latest by the 3rd of the following month. Time sheet needs to be
approved by the Client’s officer supervising the work.
10. Non Disclosure Clause: You shall not either during the continuance of this engagement or
thereafter disclose, divulge or communicate in any manner to any person or persons
whatsoever any information of a secret or confidential character relating to the trade or
business of our firm or our associate firms including methods, process, pricing and systems
used by us.
11. Confidentiality: This Terms & Conditions is highly confidential and for your use which is
not to be shared with any other person/agency/company.
12. You will not join our Client i.e. ESSAR Oil direct or through other agency throughout the
Shutdown project.
As agreed, you are requested to join us on 16th September 2015 and report to ESSAR Projects
(India) Limited at their works at Jamnagar-Okha Highway, Vadinar, Jamnagar, Gujarat.
Please note that you shall be paid as per the authentic time sheet approved by Client &
received from Site i.e. when you commence work on site. If you are unable to join the duties
in stipulated time and date, this offer given to you will stand cancelled or withdrawn
automatically. Kindly confirm your acceptance on the duplicate of this letter.
