    Instruction of Chloris Grand Piano Installation


    Thank you for choosing CHLORIS Pianos, hoping the CHLORIS Piano which you have
    chosen can bring you a lifetime of music joyfulness!

    For a convenient transportation, 3 legs and the lyre are disassembled and packed in the
    pallet. And to ensure the safety of the hammers, the action is tied. Please follow the below
    steps to install the piano parts and release the action, and you could also check the
    detailed steps on the link:

    Bolts under the keybed

    Left leg

    Back leg

    Right leg

    Pedal
    Lyre box

    Install 3 legs and the lyre


    Note: All holes are drilled ready in the piano. In the pallet, a wrench and bolts for the leg
    assembly are packed in a bag.
    1. After unpack the pallet, firstly attach the right leg and the back leg.
    2. Lift up the piano until it stands up on the 2 attached legs. Hold up the piano, and fix
    the left leg.
    3. Install the lyre.

    1. Take out the screws on the fallboard, and disassemble it with an angle of 45 degrees.
    2. Remove the bolts under the left and right keybed; now you could remove the key
    blocks easily.
    3. Remove the lock rail.
    4. Take out the keyboard slowly and carefully. Please don’t touch any keys. Firstly move
    the right side, secondly the left. And then hold the keyboard pins to pull the whole
    keyboard out.
    5. Cut off the ropes on the action, and take out the wooden strips that tied on the action
    rail.
    6. Restore the keyboard. Hands should hold it in the middle. Don’t touch the keys. If
    couldn't fix it, please lift it up a little.
    7. Assemble the parts in sequence: key blocks, lock rail and fallboard.

    Note:
     If you are not sure whether you could make it properly, please invite local piano
    removal company, piano technicians or workers to help you about it;
     After the international transportation of a Chloris Piano, tuning and adjustment
    with voicing and some minor Regulation should be followed in three months.
    And twice a year piano tuning.
