about patient:
A. M is a 50-year-old man who suffers from hypertension needs to maintain his blood
pressure and regulation his behaviors. He also has a bad habit he is smoking and didn't
use or take his medication at the time and these habits caused problems for his health.
And

Learning need assessment:


1- Patient need health education to about managing blood pressure
2-Asist the patient in setting goal blood pressure and encourage the involvement of family members
in the education program to support the patients efforts control hypertension.

3- Patient learning style is visual learner video 📹

Assessment:
The patient suffers from hypertension
The patient needs to learning how managing blood pressure.
The patient needs to follow-up check up .

Nursing diagnosis: GOOD
